If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance.

While we're glad that you like it ,we're sad to hear that you are not fully impressed with the sound quality. Make sure that you have the proper ear tip size as it can affect the sound quality. Not better!

The music bounces back and forth between left and right. They don't always pair or sync with each other. Even noise canceling off, there is still a sound in the background. The 500s were really good! I only upgraded when i lost one of those. I have an old set of Jabra earbuds Im using again. I regret this purchase.

They were charged once I got them out of the box, they truly are waterproof! I go running over 15 miles and they keep working despite being drenched with sweat! Highly recommend them for their versatility.

The default EQ is a bit too treble-y for my liking, but after some minor tweaking on the app they're perfect! Would definitely recommend.

Good but not reliable.

Turns out two other people bought the same types (different time periods) and they did the same thing to them. Started with the right headphone not connecting and then eventually nothing connecting.

Synch well with pc zoom calls
