To address charging issues, make sure both earbuds are seated correctly in the charging case, as misalignment or debris can disrupt the charging process. It’s also important to regularly clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case using a dry cloth or cotton swab. Please refrain from using compressed air, as it might push dust further into the sound outlets or microphones.

Always utilize the provided USB Type-C cable for charging, as third-party cables may not be compatible. Connect directly to a power source or computer, and avoid using a USB hub.
