Slightly disappointing

They often fall out of my ears so I can only use them if I’m still. Battery life could be longer. My last pair of buds ( not this brand) I only had to recharge every 3 days. These I have to recharge every day.

We understand this significantly limits your use, and we recommend ensuring you have tried the smallest ear tips (XS size) that came in the box, as a secure fit is crucial; you should twist the unit slightly to help it slide deeper into the ear canal, as detailed in our help guides. Regarding the battery life, the WF-C710N is rated for up to 8.5 hours of continuous use (with Noise Cancelling on), providing multiple sessions of listening before needing to go back into the charging case; if you are consistently getting significantly less than this, please ensure the ANC is turned off when not needed, as this is the biggest battery draw, and if the issue persists, contact our support team for troubleshooting: https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US
