Cute but falls out a lot

However, we're genuinely sorry to hear that they are constantly falling out of your ears and aren't giving you the sound blocking you need.
We strongly recommend trying out the different-sized earbud tips that came in the box. Sometimes just swapping from the medium to the large or small size can make a huge difference.

Could be better but decent for its price point

When running it stutters a bit. After a while its not noticeable but still a con imo. Also it still connects to phone even when both buds are in a case after a week of use.

Great Sounding and Well-Designed Earbuds!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Sony WF-C710N Truly Wireless Noise-Canceling Earbuds are well-designed, with nice features and great sound. Following are my observations after testing them out for the past few days: - The earbuds come in a nice, compact case. The earbuds last up to 8.5 hours on a full charge, but the case provides another 21.5 hours of charging. The case has LED lights to let you know the charge status. - You can use a QR Code to take you to the Sony App to download. Setup and operating instructions are found in the App. Setup is easy as the App prompts you through the steps and functions. They paired to my phone right away via Bluetooth. - In the box, you get the earbuds, case, charging cord, small and large earbud tips, a quick setup guide and instructions. - I switched to the smallest tips. I often struggle with earbuds, as I have small ears and ear canals, but these fit great with the small tips on. They are snug and will not fall out during normal activity. I have found them comfortable to wear, all day long. - Using simple taps to one ear or the other, you can control the earbuds. With the taps, you can turn on and off the noise-canceling feature, answer/end/ignore phone calls, increase/decrease volume, play/pause/start music, skip forward or backwards, and activate the voice assistant. - The noise canceling feature works great and truly block out the ambient noise around you when you want to focus on a call, music or whatever you are listening to. When I wear them at work, I turn off the noise-canceling feature, as it allows me to listen to music, but still be able to hear if a co-worker is talking to me. - These earbuds work great for phone calls. I can hear the caller and the people I've called can also hear me loud and clear. Likewise, they also work well for video-conferencing. - You can choose to wear one or both earbuds. The features still work with a single earbud in. - My music all sounds great with these earbuds! I have tested them out on a wide variety of music across multiple genres, and it all sounds great, clear and has no distortion, even when I turn the volume up. I get a much better bass response with these than with other earbuds I've tried in the past. - The App is very useful to adjust various settings and you can control the earbuds though the App also, if you prefer that. I like the Equalizer function, and the ability to select from presets or go in and customize the EQ settings myself. Over all, the Sony WF-C710N Earbuds are great and will work well for me, whether for work, home or travel.

We understand your frustration regarding the initial setup, as the seamless pairing experience is a top priority for us. While the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the case for the first time, to manually pair with a new device, you must place the earbuds in the case, keep the lid open, and press and hold the pairing button on the back for approximately five seconds until the indicator light begins flashing blue, which signals the pairing mode is active. Furthermore, downloading the companion app, Sony | Sound Connect (formerly known as Headphones Connect), is necessary to unlock all core features like adjusting the noise-canceling settings, customizing the Equalizer, and receiving crucial firmware updates that optimize performance and connectivity over time.

Awkward controls, unstable connection

You have to train yourself like a telegraph operator using Morse code. In addition, the sensor is very sensitive, which causes a lot of false positives. The only plus is the good sound quality.

Upgrade from the 510s

Right earbud kept disconnecting. Software was terrible. Certain features are unavailable unless your are online? Very disappointed!

Connection Issue’s

One would come on the other wouldn’t at times, couldn’t keep in my ear, so I returned them. The sound was ok static at times but clear other times just not consistent.
