Nice pair of earbuds but connecting them was a big hassel. They had little to no instructions and had to scan QR code to download an app to use them.

Best part is the color and transparent plastic. Constantly falls out of my ears and doesn’t block sound out well. Okay for price. Bought to replace lost AirPods.

The most common actions, such as pausing, switching tracks, changing the volume, and noise cancellation mode, are very awkward to perform with these headphones. You have to train yourself like a telegraph operator using Morse code. In addition, the sensor is very sensitive, which causes a lot of false positives. The only plus is the good sound quality.

Some really good sounding earbuds! My only problem was they fit. They moved too much for my liking. Work keeps me moving and they did not work out. Still would like to get with the foam tips like the big brother type. Still not a bad product

After about a week of using these Sony earbuds, I am impressed with them. While they are not perfect, they check many of the boxes I was looking for in a mid-range prices set of earbuds. First, fit. The earbuds came with three different sizes of rubber inserts for the ears. I found the medium size was best for me. You place the earbud in your ear and then do a slight rearward twisting motion to "lock" them in place. The seal against the ear is very good and after a few hours of yard work and then about two hours on the bike (road cycling), never once did I feel the earbuds were going to fall out or even come lose. Next, (Music) Sound. The earbuds produce a good amount of bass--not thumping bass, but good bass. The equalizer in the app has a lot of diverse presets, and many of them provide a great balance of bass, midrange and treble, without the treble sounding overly tinny. Clarity was excellent. Volume was plentiful--about 1/3 to 1/2 as indicated on my phone was plenty for me in most situations. Next, (Voice) Sound. I like that the earbuds support multi-pairing. I have them simultaneously linked between my computer and my phone. It is easy to switch between the two devices, and when on my computer and a phone call comes in, I can tap the earbuds to answer the call. When done, it switches back to the computer. Same goes if I was listening to music on the phone. I did have the computer-phone-computer switch hick-up once, but that has happened with almost all my earbuds, regardless of brand. Voice clarity was very good, as was the microphone. I had no complaints from anyone that they could not hear me. Now, Noise Cancelling. I have never been impressed with any noise cancelling algorithm, regardless of brand. This set comes with noise cancelling, ambient enhance, and off as the settings. The noise cancelling works well some of the time, but it seems to go in and out depending on the frequency of the outside noise. For example, when running the string trimmer for yard work, the frequency of the hum changes with the string length. I'll not hear it at first, then hear it, then not hear it again as the noise-cancelling algorithm adjusts. It can be a bit annoying. However, the big miss is with the ambient enhance. This set of earbuds (and all earbuds for that matter) don't know how to handle wind. With ambient enhance enabled, just walking on a windy day, jogging, or riding a bike makes the wind noise nothing short of deafening. The earbuds allow switching back and forth between noise cancelling and ambient enhance by tapping one of the earbuds. A third choice of off would be nice. The haptics of tapping the earbuds to answer calls, switch modes, etc. works well. The surface for tapping is in a natural location and there is an audible confirmation when you tap. A few last comments about battery life. I have gotten upwards of about 6 hours of battery life and there was still plenty left when I put the earbuds back in the charger. The charging case is compact and charges the earbuds in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, this set of earbuds delivers very nice sound (music and voice) and has very good fitment. The multi-pairing works well, and the noise cancelling is quite nice (when the ambeint frequency is constant). The ambient enhance feature needs to be improved to handle wind. I think the earbud set is an overall good value in the price range.

Decent quality. Not the greatest for workouts. When running it stutters a bit. After a while its not noticeable but still a con imo. Also it still connects to phone even when both buds are in a case after a week of use.

The Sony WF-C710N Truly Wireless Noise-Canceling Earbuds are well-designed, with nice features and great sound. Following are my observations after testing them out for the past few days: - The earbuds come in a nice, compact case. The earbuds last up to 8.5 hours on a full charge, but the case provides another 21.5 hours of charging. The case has LED lights to let you know the charge status. - You can use a QR Code to take you to the Sony App to download. Setup and operating instructions are found in the App. Setup is easy as the App prompts you through the steps and functions. They paired to my phone right away via Bluetooth. - In the box, you get the earbuds, case, charging cord, small and large earbud tips, a quick setup guide and instructions. - I switched to the smallest tips. I often struggle with earbuds, as I have small ears and ear canals, but these fit great with the small tips on. They are snug and will not fall out during normal activity. I have found them comfortable to wear, all day long. - Using simple taps to one ear or the other, you can control the earbuds. With the taps, you can turn on and off the noise-canceling feature, answer/end/ignore phone calls, increase/decrease volume, play/pause/start music, skip forward or backwards, and activate the voice assistant. - The noise canceling feature works great and truly block out the ambient noise around you when you want to focus on a call, music or whatever you are listening to. When I wear them at work, I turn off the noise-canceling feature, as it allows me to listen to music, but still be able to hear if a co-worker is talking to me. - These earbuds work great for phone calls. I can hear the caller and the people I've called can also hear me loud and clear. Likewise, they also work well for video-conferencing. - You can choose to wear one or both earbuds. The features still work with a single earbud in. - My music all sounds great with these earbuds! I have tested them out on a wide variety of music across multiple genres, and it all sounds great, clear and has no distortion, even when I turn the volume up. I get a much better bass response with these than with other earbuds I've tried in the past. - The App is very useful to adjust various settings and you can control the earbuds though the App also, if you prefer that. I like the Equalizer function, and the ability to select from presets or go in and customize the EQ settings myself. Over all, the Sony WF-C710N Earbuds are great and will work well for me, whether for work, home or travel.

They have all the features i was looking for at a great price. They are better than the buds pro 3 and airpds pro 2 imo.

Trying to switch from beats fit pro, these are slot less loud, battery is a lot less efficient, dies quicker and charges slower. Just very underwhelming Tunable EQ is cool though

I had to return these earbuds. They didn't work well with my Pixel 9. Right earbud kept disconnecting. Software was terrible. Certain features are unavailable unless your are online? Very disappointed!

These are good for the price. I would recommend these.
