Additionally, here are a couple of things you can check right away that might help improve your battery performance:

-Make sure the charging case is fully charged before you put the earbuds in.
-Ensure the earbuds are seated correctly in the charging case. If they aren't making a solid connection to the charging pins, they won't charge properly or they might even stay connected to your device (and draining the battery) while in the case.
-If you haven't recently, try updating your earbuds using the Sound Connect app.

If you continue to experience disconnections, try deleting the WF-C710N from your device’s Bluetooth settings, restart both devices, and re-pair them.

2. Volume Control through the App

The headphones can be paired directly through your laptop's Bluetooth settings without the app, which is not required for basic functionality. To connect to your laptop: Open the case and press the pairing button until the light flashes, on your laptop go to Bluetooth settings and select "Add a device." and then select the "WF-C710N" to pair.
