While the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the case for the first time, to manually pair with a new device, you must place the earbuds in the case, keep the lid open, and press and hold the pairing button on the back for approximately five seconds until the indicator light begins flashing blue, which signals the pairing mode is active. Furthermore, downloading the companion app, Sony | Sound Connect (formerly known as Headphones Connect), is necessary to unlock all core features like adjusting the noise-canceling settings, customizing the Equalizer, and receiving crucial firmware updates that optimize performance and connectivity over time.

If you continue to experience disconnections, try deleting the WF-C710N from your device’s Bluetooth settings, restart both devices, and re-pair them.

2. Volume Control through the App
