We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the automatic connection. The WF-C700N should connect automatically to the last paired device when you take them out of the case. To address this issue, we recommend the following steps:

-Reset the earbuds: place the units in the charging case with the lid open. Press and hold the reset button on the back of the case for about 20 seconds. The indicator will flash orange for 5 seconds, then turn off. Once it’s off, release the button.

-Initialize the earbuds: Place the headset units in the charging case with the lid open. Press and hold the initialize button on the back for about 15 seconds until the indicator flashes orange. Release the button within 5 seconds. When the indicator flashes green 4 times, the reset is complete. This restores factory settings and deletes all pairing information.
