We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the automatic connection. The WF-C700N should connect automatically to the last paired device when you take them out of the case. If this isn't happening, it might be worth checking a few things, like making sure your device's Bluetooth is on, and that the earbuds are properly seated in the charging case.

We understand this significantly limits your use, and we recommend ensuring you have tried the smallest ear tips (XS size) that came in the box, as a secure fit is crucial; you should twist the unit slightly to help it slide deeper into the ear canal, as detailed in our help guides.
