Good battery life, great sound, good audio mixing options. Only complaint is that occasionally when removing a single earbud audio stops completely. Otherwise, its excellent!

Regarding the audio stopping when you remove one earbud, this is usually due to the built-in wearing detection sensor. To keep the music playing, you can simply toggle the "Pauses when headphones are taken off" setting to Off within the Sony | Sound Connect app.

The connection wasn’t very reliable and would cut out at times, which was frustrating. They also didn’t fit my ears well and kept falling out, even when I wasn’t moving much. On the positive side, the battery life was solid — I could use them for long periods without recharging. However, another issue was call quality: people on the other end often said they couldn’t hear me clearly. Overall, they work but have some important drawbacks that kept me from giving more than three stars.

For the connection dropouts and call quality, the most effective step is performing a full initialization (factory reset), which resets all internal settings and deletes old pairing information. The battery lasts a long time, even with noise cancellation enabled. I think Sony is a very good brand for audio products. I would recommend them.
