They sounded great and worked really well while running. That all changed when it rained because they didn't work after that. I did get the newer model, the WF-sp800n, and they are a lot better with a higher ip rating so they can withstand rainy days and snow to the face.

Right ear piece always cuts in and out. I use it for the gym and it sucks to have it go dead after 20min into my workout. I paid a lot of money. Not a satisfied customer. I was told Sony was the best out there.

I have followed all directions to trouble shoot the problem, nothing has helped. I can no longer return to Best Buy and cannot get anyone to answer at Sony for support. Very disappointing for $200.00 earbuds.

Start, stop, and no battery. I won’t buy Sony brand after this. I don’t use these daily, I have other ear pods, but these are easily the worst of the group!! 0 stars!
