Junk. I have owned these less than three months and they will no longer take a charge, Sony and BestBuy make getting them fixed a nightmare. HARD PASS!

If you want a set of totally wireless earbuds, these should be at the top of your list. Why? They are really well planned out, from the way they fit into your ears, to the extra covers for different sized ear canals, and even the hard shell charging case. Did I mention that they come with a hard shelled charging case that contains a battery so you can recharge on the go? Or that these push into place vs. having to connect them to charging cables? Well done Sony! The sound quality is very good, and using them as a phone headset was good, but not great. I am having a hard time finding anything that is a headset that sounds really good on phone calls. These do a good job of silencing background noises when on phone calls, which I really appreciate. There is an app to control the fine adjustments of the earbuds, so if you want more treble, or bass, they can be adjusted to suit your tastes. It'll take a minute to figure out how to snap them into the charging case, but once or twice is all it takes before you realize how they go into the case for charging. They are clearly labelled R and L with a color code, to make it easy to get them into the proper ears. And with the design, the sit in the ear, not on the outside of your ear. They designed this well, they don't fall out. The wireless range and battery life are both good. I was worried about there being aa sync issue as they are separate units, but they synched well and never skipped a beat. Sony makes some amazing audio gear, and this is no disappointment. I like this style for when I'm at home, listening to music, or working at home and doing phone calls. This is because I leave them in for a large part of my day and don't have to keep finding a place to put them - this should be a consideration when deciding on separate earbuds vs. a headphone. This is because you have to know where you are going to put them if you have to take them out to speak with people or whatever. Best Buy does a great job with returns, so if you find they are not for you, they can be returned. But deciding up front how you will use them, and the style, you should be able to avoid a return later.

Love these ear buds. I use them for working out, cutting the grass and more!! Like them even more that they’re wireless

Great earbuds for the price and worked out of the box like any other Sony product I've had in the past.

The battery does not hold a charge. The earpieces are large, clunky, and do not stay in ear when running/biking for extended periods of time.

Best headset i bought plus is so easy to use...love it i will get a set for my brother soon

The sound is great but only lasts 3 hours. Even thus I bought it on special the price still too high for the headset.

Very good Sony earbuds but not noise cancelling...but still blocks out noise pretty well

First pair didnt work out if bix, second one, right one quit working after 6 months and only about 20 hrs of use....battery life of 2 hrs is very disappointing

Sound quality is nice but these headphones are great for an hour workout max and definitely will need to be recharged right after.

I bought this and tried it out immediately on my way home. The connection dropped every few seconds. The noise cancelling was a lie and forget phone calls.

I bought these and within 14 days one ear bud stopped working, so I returned them for another pair. After 16 days they stopped holding a charge. I returned them back to the store and was told I could get my money back for the ear buds, but I wouldn’t be refunded for the warranty I bought. So I lost $30 on ear buds that didn’t even last a month. Sony this is so disappointing.

The left ear bud quit charging after only 3 months of use so it doesn't work and therefore the right earbud won't work.

I've has these a month and the charge is terrible. They don't last long at all. Can't even make it through one movie. Waste of money.

Waited a long time to receive these from Sony and was gone when they finally came in. So, I opened the packaging and sorted through all the pieces. These ear buds start charging when correctly placed in their case with the red light coming on the right bud. Their case has a lid that swivels either right or left, and connects by USB to a charging source, which in my case was my desktop computer for the first time. These wireless ear buds easily connect, even the very first time, by Bluetooth to whatever device you wish to whether it is your mobile phone, laptop/tablet, MP3 player, etc. Additionally, it is also easy to pair right and left buds so that sound is coming out from both them, truly putting your hearing in stereo and surround sound. The left one is marked with a "L" in a gray bubble and the right one is marked "R" in a field of red so it easy to distinguish one from the other. The left one has the on/off button, which must be pressed for at least 7 times to obtain the blinking blue and red light that lets you know that they are ready to connect and pair. I thought these ear buds were extremely comfortable and when the wearer/user inserts them in the correct ear and properly inserts them, by twisting them in place, it is easy to feel that they are in securely so that one is not nervous that they will fall out and be lost by extreme activity or living. Using the right one, It was easy to put them in noise cancelling mode and I even thought that just the sound from just streaming live TV from my android phone sounded rich with lively notes. Overall, great features with easy connectivity, pairing, wearing, and they do not drop what is being played. However, I do not think it is easy to determine how long the battery life is. Yes, you can receive calls while listening

I use these wireless earbuds when I am mowing the lawn, they work great.

A short battery life btw recharges is ok w me but dead after only 10 or so recharges makes me think their unreliable.

First headphone I've ever owned that had voice clarity. Easy to wear and well worth the small price.

I have had a lot of trouble with headphones and ear buds in the past but these work wonderfully.
