Good turn wireless earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These come in a charging case and including the charge that the earbuds carry ( 3 hours) you get about 9 hours of charge with them. These also have ANC or active noise cancellation which works great. Blocks out noise around you. These sound great for earbuds as well. They come with ear hooks as well so they stay in place in a workout as well.

I've grown to love these
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Good sound Comfortable fit Light-weight Holding a charge well Syncs quickly and simply Cons: Finicky case Taking phone calls on them is awkward Noise canceling is "meh" I'll confess, when I first got these earbuds, I wasn't thrilled. The earbuds themselves looked big and clunky and the case looked awkward and overly complex. Once I actually started using them though, I quickly grew to love them. While the ear buds may look quite a bit larger than their wired cousins, they are every bit as light and comfortable. I was expecting that they'd be falling out of my ears all the time, but that hasn't been the case. The fit is both snug and comfortable. The syncing process was simple and intuitive. The ear buds started the pairing sequence the moment I took them out of the case. Once paired, the earbuds will automatically turn on and pair every time they are removed from the case (and turn off every time they're put back into the case). In about a week's worth of daily use, I've only lost connection once. It was a weird experience. First the audio went slightly out of sync between the left and right ear, and then one ear went silent, and then both ears went silent. I wasn't even done fumbling for my phone when the connection re-established itself and it skipped to the next track. This only happened the one time so far. Taking phone calls on these ear buds can be done, but I wouldn't recommend it. Since both of your ears are physically plugged up, your voice will be muffled as you speak to the person on the other end. That being said, the person on the other end of my call didn't even realize that I was answering them from the ear buds. They said that the connection was as crisp and clear as my phone. The noise canceling isn't magic. You WILL be able to hear people talking around you with it on. It does do some good, but it really only cancels out ambient noises like the AC running or the hum of a car engine. The case is both aesthetically pleasing and physically awkward. The case is kind of a flattened sphere with a swivel top. It charges via Micro-USB (not type-c). In order to charge the ear buds, you have to carefully position them at an angle when inserting them, and then press down to lock them in place. This isn't something that you're going to be able to do quickly in the dark. Also, the indicator lights are actually concealed by the ear buds themselves. You have to view the edge of the case at a 90 degree angle to see whether or not things are seated properly and if the lights have turned red to indicate that they are charging. The ear buds have lasted well throughout my work day. My day is interspersed with meetings and conference calls. I generally get an hour of continuous usage in before having to hop on an hour long conference call. While in conference calls, I've been letting the ear buds charge in their case. Working in this fashion, the ear buds have lasted my entire 8 hour shift. All in all, I've been very happy with these ear buds. If you're looking for something simple and unobtrusive to listen to music with during your work day, these will do the job nicely.

I like what Sony is doing here
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are excellent headphones, they sound great and have nice battery life. They also stay in my ears quite well - I like what Sony is doing here, as other more expensive brands don't stay in my ears this well. Highly recommended.

Great earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is good, and the batteries are stellar. While I do have a favorite brand at this point I appreciate Sony's iteration for there small size, and ability to stay in ear during extreme workouts.

good noise cancellation option
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these with the intention of using them while mowing a large yard, 3 acres. Initially the wireless option is great because the corded headphones wrap around my neck and get tangled in equipment. I have found that the Sony Wireless Bluetooth In Ear Headphones offer good noise cancellation options in 2 settings. I was able to hear noise with that option selected, but not much else on the other. The music tone and sound provide clear highs and good bass. Very clear voice and midrange sounds too. The design helps the ear buds stay in ear. The Bluetooth - connection drops occasionally and then recovers but that could also be the transmitter so I don’t feel that it would be fair to go into detail but it quickly recovers and no loss of quality. There is an App that manages the connection and earphone settings. This has many presets for the equalizer. This can also be manually adjusted to your liking. Although I don’t use the Mic frequently it picks up a lot of background noise so I would say that it has a very sensitive microphone. The phone calls are mono only. Battery life has proved itself alright, not amazing, but acceptable. The charge pod storage container gives a decent recharge, about 15 provided a medium charge level from zero.

good earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After trying several different brands and styles, settled on these. I took some fiddling to get the fit right and ear installation correct, but now I put them in and forget them - that's good! Case is a pain but I've gotten used to it. Sound is good for buds - but have learned that quality of the source makes so much difference. I wish the battery life was longer. I do recommend these to friends.

Excellent sports earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing audio performance, check; bass, check; enough mobility, check; comfort, check; good looking, check; noise cancelling, average though, come on is there any other true wireless earbuds with NC? sound lag is there but doesn't matter once the main job is for music while working out. Another SONY product impressing me.

Sound is fantastic. Love the bass.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are unbelievable for canceling outside noise. There are 2 different settings. One is ambient sound which allows you to hear someone close by and the noise canceling blocks everything out. My daughter was about 4 feet away and I couldn't hear anything, but saw her lips moving. She said she was talking rather loudly and wondered why I didn't answer her. Setup was easy. I do wish the charging cord was longer, but highly recommend these.

Terrible; not worth it!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for some noise-canceling earbuds I could wear while lying in bed, and I was delighted to see these were in my price range and from a reputable manufacturer. They seemed promising at first when they fit well in my ears, and the noise-canceling worked nicely too — until I decided to watch a downloaded TV episode on my tablet. The audio was so ridiculously delayed and out of sync that I felt that I watching a badly-dubbed foreign film. On top of that, the volume output was also really low and the connection on one of the buds went in and out at times. I was extremely disappointed that Sony would put out such a cruddy product, and I took them back the very next day.

Huge earbuds!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The earbuds are huge! The sound is ok. The case to charge them in will not fit in an average pocket. I also noticed there is no indicator on it to let you know it’s charging or when it’s done. Not my first option for wireless earbuds. Voice calls came in clear. If you want slim profile earbuds and carry/charging case these aren’t the one. For some people these are good.

Could not get a good seal
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, I own several sets of headphones/earbuds, and I use them frequently. I have a sets that I use at home, in my car, at work and keep in my gym bag. They all vary in style: over ear, around ear, wired and wireless, earbuds, etc. So, I am well versed in the quality and application of personal listening devices. Having said that, I could not get a decent seal with these Sony earbuds. The package includes four different sized cushions, and two different sized stabilizers. Over the course of three days, I tried every combination of cushions and stabilizers imaginable, ad nauseam. No seal. I have a similar product from a different manufacturer, and they seal perfectly, so I know what I'm doing. When I do manage to get them to stay in my ear (unsealed), I'm in constant fear that they'll fall out, which they do, often. Sony asserts that these earbuds are designed for working out, but I'm afraid to climb the stairs in my house with them for fear of losing one. Unfortunately, I can't give an in-depth review of these earbuds, because I could not get a decent seal. I'm interested to see if others have better success. Be that as it may, I can not recommend this product

Video Lag is Deplorable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For a company as highly regarded as Sony in the electronics industry it is sad that you pay as much as I did for a nice pair of wireless noise canceling earbuds, WF-SP700, and want to use them when traveling to watch downloaded videos and what do you get, a nagging lag in the audio. I have had other, less expensive, ear buds however not noise canceling that had no lag on a videos and even though Sony is aware of this issue they have no apparent plans to resolve it through a software fix. Mine were given to me as a gift so I could not return them but I would have if I could have. Cannot recommend this product to anyone even though the sound is great for music. Hope that Sony will wake up one day and get a fix for this issue with out having to go out and buy another pair of earbuds.

Good sound but only left earbud on phone calls
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbud had great performance with very good sound quality until I really needed the right earpiece for a call. I need to use one earbud at a time to make calls and this fails miserably because someone decided this was not important. this means that you have to use only the left earbud for calls and charge it every three hours. For any tasks which lasts longer than 3 hours you are out of luck. The right earbud does not have a mike and CANNOT handle calls. The right earbud is for audio other than phone calls. For me this is a deal breaker. I had to return them for another product.

Underwhelmed! l prefer my Bose Soundsport Free.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start by saying I'm no expert, but I know what I like and what I'm looking for. And I can only speak for myself. I've owned both. The main things I was looking for were sound quality and bass, comfort and attributes. I'm more of a casual user. I wear them around the house or when I'm mowing the lawn and doing other household chores. I use them for music, watching movies and sports. In my opinion, the BOSE Soundsport Free were the best value for the money. The sound was amazing. And actually felt they had more punchy and accurate bass than the advertised "Extra Bass" on the Sony's. Though, I wouldn't say the BOSE are bass heavy. I think they packed the right amount. I still prefer my Sony XB950BT's when I'm looking for that extra bass. Battery time is better on the BOSE 5 hrs per charge x3 versus 3 hrs per charge x3 of the SONY including their case charges. I was a bit disappointed and underwhelmed by the Sony's. I expected much better quality and more punchy bass. I felt it was a bit lacking. I felt the max volume was also a bit lacking. QUALITY & BASS: BOSE I did, however, feel like the SONY had a better fit. I didn't feel like they would slip or fall out at anytime because of the in-ear piece versus the BOSE which just has the sport tips. When I am working up a sweat, there are moments when the BOSE feel like they may slip off. The SONY also didn't hurt or get sore after wearing for a couple hours like the BOSE can sometimes do if you're not used to them because of the way they nestle in your ear. They both provide different size tips to help alleviate some of these issues. FIT & COMFORT: SONY In terms of attributes. What really excited me about the SONY was the noise cancelling features just like their SONY 1000XM series headphones. This would have been the deal breaker for me. I was again really disappointed. I really could not tell the difference between the ambient mode and the noise cancelling. Both have buttons that do similar things otherwise. I felt the apps didn't really add to the experience at all. ATTRIBUTES: TIE All in all, the BOSE Soundsport Free continue to be my go-to for true wireless buds. Though, they are not perfect. The quality is truly unmatched no matter what it is you're listening to. And paired with the better battery life, to me, was a much better value and worth the extra $20.

That Case
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The case sucks, my pair disconnect from the case and connect to my phone when they're full charged EVEN WHEN THEY ARE STILL IN THE CASE. This is inconvenient because by the time I get to the gym or work they are already dead or under 50%. Many times I've found myself trying to play music on my 950s but turns out that the 700s in my bag are already connected thus using battery. The case is not the best one as it does not hold the earbuds in correctly, causing them to disconnect (stop charging) while still inside. I believe this cases my battery to get damaged, which would not allow my earbuds to provide me with the promised 3 hours of playback.

Move on to other earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound on these earbuds is passable, butt nothing fantastic. If you want earbuds that last more than 2 1/2 hours on a 4 hour flight, don't buy these. If you want earbuds that keep synced with a movie, don't buy these. If you want just average earbuds, buy these.

Left Bud is a Dud
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received these ear buds as a birthday gift, and as soon as I got home I charged them as directed in the pictures. The left ear bud kept blinking red. After a few hours of charging I took the Left ear bud out and try to link it to my phone. The left ear bud would not turn on/link to my phone. I looked online to fix this issue, took both ear buds out and try to factory reset them and still would not work. I learned that this is an issue with the left ear bud from other customers. Will return and hope to get another pair that will work.
