I love it great awesome sound and great bass for a small Sony earphones product

I purchased a pair, love the design and the fit however the first pair I purchased the battery didn’t last more than 30 minutes. I returned them for a new pair. I can not even get two hours of listening time. Very disappointed - another pair down!!

Oh, you think your headphones are going to be charged and ready for you to go workout. Sadly, no, only one is; it maybe it’s both are dead. The case has been plugged in for hours, but due to the dodgy design, your headphones can be in the case, but not charging. You wouldn’t know though, since the little lights were on when you shut the lid. It’s like the refrigerator door, are you sure the light goes out? I hate these headphones. Their only redeeming quality is they provide a reasonably good excuse for not going to the gym, making it not a character flaw on my part.

Ugh, I am so disappointed in these. My husband bought them as a gift for me. Unfortunately I am stuck with them thanks to Best Buy's ridiculously dismal 14-day return policy. One hour and 26 minutes. That's how long I can listen on a full charge before the battery goes dead. I am a distance runner. An hour and 26 minutes is not enough to get me through a race or even a long training run. So these are collecting dust while I'm back to wearing my corded earbuds. Beware!

Sounds great but don’t plan on having them in long . You’ll be recharging in about 3 hours

I'm a college student and I have a sound sensitivity disorder, so I always wear noise cancelling headphones in class to stay focused. I bought this pair because my other Bose headphones broke, but am very disappointed with the quality of these headphones. When watching movies/TV shows with these headphones, there is ALWAYS a 1-2 second sound delay which drives me crazy. I did some research to see if maybe I got a faulty pair, but apparently this issue is "to be expected" with Bluetooth headphones. Any other Bluetooth headphones I've ever used have never done this. For almost $200, the sound should not have this big of a delay. The noise cancelling is almost absent which, for me, is a deal-breaker. The Bose are much more expensive, but I would highly recommend them. No sound delay, and you can turn the noise cancelling up and down in steps to control how much ambient noise you can hear. But the Sony, no thanks.

being that i have a small head I didn't bother turning them on or connecting to my phone. I put one in my ear and the buds are BIG! They look horrible in my ear. I plan to return. this is mainly because I need something smaller nothing to do with the sound.

I thought the active noise cancelling would be really great, but I think it's too much to ask out of ear buds. These are weird kidney shape and not particularly comfortable set of ear buds. When I used the phone mode, listeners could hardly hear me and I could barely hear myself. Perhaps it was one of the software settings for ambient sound. Just too many options. I want ear buds to connect to bluetooth, play my music, work when making calls, and sound great. That seems to be too much to ask for these ear buds.

I just got these as a gift and I am so happy with them!

Garbage. These are NOT truly wireless. Ending up have to file a geek squad claim and then I invested in a post of AirPods instead
