One nice feature it takes pictures of face and sides to better custom headphones. Also able to connect to gear watch to use while running. Ear pieces fit perfect and don't hurt the ears. Even while using mask due to COVID-19. People were able to hear me very well.

After trying several, the Sony WF-SP800N stayed in my ears while running, blocked the noise while on the airplane, and the conversations are crystal clear. The only complaint is the size of the charging case and no way to hang the case in my back pack.

Excellent sound with some functional problems

I use these mostly when walking or other activities so I needed something that would stay in the ear reliably. These do that. They also have really good sound - decent lows, excellent mid and upper ranges. So while I enjoy listening with them, there are some form and function issues that lower the rating. Biggest annoyance is wind noise. If I'm walking and its windy, the noise around the ears is significant. Also, the noise cancellation is weak at best. Other issues: The multi function tap pads are easy to tap accidently while putting them on or off or adjusting the fit; the android app is complicated and not easy to use. I would definitely look at other options before I would purchase these again.

Great sports headphone

We love the music quality from Sony so eventually, I purchased this one. The overall design/quality/color are all approved nice, the only pro. is the wireless cancellation feature. Comparing with my apple airpods pro, it's not as strong as apple one but other than that, it's very good.

I replaced my Bose SoundSport for these. My soundsport earbuds were great but the battery life was sub-par. It would not last me through an entire half-marathon race and eventually, they would randomly unpair. These pair great with my phone and has punchy bass for my liking. I missed the bass when I bought the SoundSport, but I got that back when I bought these.
