A decent mono headset is hard to find. Pros Good battery Life came with different ear tips and were comfortable Can use left and Right ear independently Cons When making phone calls the person on the other line all they hear is static to the point it makes them unusable. I want to like them but every call I make, the person on the other line complains they cant hear me. As For sound quality for music they are decent. not a lot of base more in the mid range of earbuds.

The noise cancellation is good for earbuds, but don't expect over the ear type performance, as you can still hear outside sounds.

The tip of the buds in one ear is not as firm as the other one. Sound quality is amazing and true noise cancelling.

To maximize the effectiveness of Noise Canceling and to achieve optimal Sound Quality (particularly bass frequencies) it is important to minimize any gap that exists between your ears and the earbuds. Please choose the size of earbuds and arc supporters that results in the tightest seal. (Try the earbud sizes in order from larger to smaller.) A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear. To achieve maximum stability select the size of the arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves. Thank you for choosing SONY. ~Earl

They pop out just like my Samsung Galaxy Buds. Can't have them on for too long. Could never go the full battery life. They sound great. I'm halfway deaf so I don't need much in the way of noise canceling. I'll stick to my over-the-ear headphones.

We'd like to help and make this a better experience. Please choose the size of earbuds and arc supporters that results in the tightest seal. Try the earbud sizes in order from larger to smaller. To achieve maximum stability select the size of arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves.
As far as your experience with charging issues: please try some of these solutions below:
Check that the charging case and the computer are directly connected, not via a USB hub.
Make sure that the headset is set into the charging case securely.
Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
Check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the charging case and the USB AC adaptor or computer.
Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet.
Check that the computer is turned on.
Wake the computer up if the computer is in standby (sleep) or hibernation mode.
When using Windows 8.1, update using Windows Update.
Set the headset into the charging case and close the lid of the charging case.
You may be able to resolve some issues by setting the headset into the charging case.
Reset the headset.
