Nice Sound Quality but Left Earbud Keeps Pausing

Not sure if I just got a dud this entire time or what but it's been an issue for as long as I can remember. Never found a fix and I don't think others ever had that issue.

You can control the functions and much more on the app, which I thought was cool but having to download the app on every device makes it a little difficult when you have multiple electronics to use it on.

Connectivity issues!

However, in the last 2 weeks I have had a lot of problems to connect them with my surface or with my iphone... Sometimes I am able to hear only on the left earbud, sometimes the sound is distorted or the voice is robot-like... Very disappointed with this product!!

A bit disappointed

Been waiting for a while to find a good pair of noise cancelling ear buds with good quality sound. Sound quality is a 7/10, I wish they were a bit lounger. Noise cancelling is a 7/10 as well. I’ll prob end up returning these for a different pair.

When the volume adjustment function is assigned to the touch sensor with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you can adjust the volume on the headset during music playback. Even when the volume adjustment function has been assigned to the touch sensor with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you cannot adjust the volume on the headset during a call. Adjust the volume on the connected device. If you are unable to adjust the volume on the connected device, install the “Sony | Music Center” smartphone app and adjust the volume on the “Sony | Music Center” app. Connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again. To maximize the effectiveness of Noise Canceling and to achieve optimal Sound Quality (particularly bass frequencies) it is important to minimize any gap that exists between your ears and the earbuds. Please choose the size of earbuds and arc supporters that results in the tightest seal. (Try the earbud sizes in order from larger to smaller.) A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear. To achieve maximum stability select the size of arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves. But if you keep your phone on you always they are a must the noise canceling works great I have 5 boys age 12, 10, 5, 3 and a 1 yr old when they would get loud just put this babies in and couldn’t hear them at all

However, i still prefer the active noise cancelation on the XM3. Overall, solid set for workouts

The pairing is easy and has a memory feature where play resumes. I swapped the cushions with medium sized from Amazon works great, comfortable but not as secure as could be.

Not great for phone calls

Four out of five times I have to reconnect a few times before I get a solid conection. I have used other wireless earphones and never had this issue with the same device.
