My problem is I just couldn’t get a good fit no matter what I tried. Any combination produced the same outcome. After 10 minutes I had to take them out. Ultimately returned and opted for a different brand with a different fit and style. All I can say is give them a go. The app and buds sound and work great but they just don’t fit all ears.

Thank you for purchasing the WFSP800N. While we are glad that you like the app and sound, we regret to hear that unit didn't fit to your ears and unit had to be returned. M-sized arc supporters come attached to the left and right units of the headset at the time of purchase. When the headset is worn following the procedures described above and you feel the arc supporters are too small, replace them with the size L arc supporters. A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear. To achieve maximum stability select the size of arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves. Sony takes into consideration all feedbacks as it helps to improve the quality of our product and service. We appreciate you and hope that you will shop Sony again in the future. But sound is great . However for this price point the jaybirds are better for calls . These are horrible no mater what the setting they will pick up literally everything around you . Especially if music is playing they won't be able to hear you even if not that loud doesn't matter how you set environment settings in app .

While we're glad that you like the sound quality of the Headphones, we regret that it does not fit well and your having issue with the background noise. M-sized arc supporters come attached to the left and right units of the headset at the time of purchase. If the size of the earbuds does not match the size of the ear holes, or the earbuds are not properly worn, the noise canceling function and sound quality may be significantly affected. When you feel the noise canceling function and low frequency sound are insufficient, change the earbuds to ones that feel more sealed. Try the earbud sizes in order from the larger sizes to the smaller sizes. The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. The salesman told me that if I don’t care about the Apple features, these sound better and they are so much better! They have more than the round part that goes into your ear canals to hold them in too. The have a curved piece. You insert them in your ears and give them a little turn and it helps to hold them in place. I’ve done many activities with them now and they don’t fall out. Noise cancelling too. With AirPods I heard everything.

The only thing that I might want to say is that I wish the noise cancellation was a little bit better but with that being said it does a good enough job. The waterproof feature is great. Would have bought the the newer version of these earphones but they are not waterproof. Overall good buy. The app is great as well. Can customize the sound. Side note I had to buy these earphones two times because I lost the first pair and couldn't find a better pair of the second time around and around the same price.
