Only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because the plastic ear Cones are somewhat of a pain to actually be able to get in your ear.

The pro is that its jam packed with features and they all work excellent with the app. The con, due to the size the headphones slip out during intense workouts.

The design is almost like the previous model which I also tried, minus the ear hook, outcome was the same, could NOT keep them secured in the ear they fell out easily, I was hoping for the best but didn`t happen cause I wanted noise cancelling. Sony make a good product I have the over the ear and they are great isolating noise but cant wear while working outside because of sweating getting them wet that would be the end of them.

Noise canceling is good. A little to much bass for my liking on some of default settings. But the options in the app to create your own eq is great. No regret here. I’d recommend to anyone.

First and most important are that they don't fall out if you tilt your head, They take a little wiggling to get in but once you do, they are so secure they just don't fall off. Not to mention that they are so much more comfortable. They come with various sizes of inserts to fit almost any ear type. With the secure fit comes a good seal and the noise cancellation actually works pretty good, the only trouble I have is outdoors if it is very windy, you get some noise artifacts if you have the noise cancellation on high. I'm very pleased with the sound quality for a earbud type headphone, bass is decent but the mids are really clear and accurate sounding. The highs are ok and not fatiguing to listen to. I haven't had the chance to test the 9hour runtime but it has lasted as long I needed it to and the recharging is fast enough. The one thing I don't like about it is the battery case, its a bit bulky and slippery. They should have a lanyard option so I can clip it to something. Definitely get this over an airpod, better in everyway.
