Thank you for reaching out. While we are glad you like the great sound quality of our WF-SP800N, we are sorry if the fit and touch control function of these headphones did not meet your expectations. To maximize the effectiveness of Noise Canceling and to achieve optimal Sound Quality (particularly bass frequencies) it is important to minimize any gap that exists between your ears and the earbuds. Please choose the size of earbuds and arc supporters that results in the tightest seal. (Try the earbud sizes in order from larger to smaller.) A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear. To achieve maximum stability select the size of the arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves.

However, after owning them for several months now I'm not as happy with them as I thought I would be. Pro's: - Easy to sync - Convenient - They stay put in your ear pretty good - Music quality decent Con's: - Background noise for the other end of the phone line is bad. - You can't drive and have a conversation with these, again the noise for the other end of the line is unbearable. I've tried everything to get it to work and sound clear and still does not work - battery life isn't great - Expensive for what you get

Finally, they suffer from the same issue as the WF’s when paired with an iPhone such as call drops, lag issues, etc.
