While we are glad you are satisfied with the great outstanding sound quality of these headphones, we are so sorry if they did not fit you well. We provide an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise-canceling experience. To maximize the effectiveness of Noise Canceling and to achieve optimal Sound Quality (particularly bass frequencies) it is important to minimize any gap that exists between your ears and the earbuds. Please choose the size of earbuds and arc supporters that results in the tightest seal. (Try the earbud sizes in order from larger to smaller.) A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear. To achieve maximum stability select the size of arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves.

Hi 011110, We regret to hear that you're having difficulty pairing the headphones with some devices. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have on our products. We apologize for the inconvenience. If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via Bluetooth connection. In that case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection. Check if the Bluetooth device is in sleep mode. If the device is in sleep mode, cancel the sleep mode. Check if the Bluetooth connection has been terminated. If terminated, make the Bluetooth connection again. If the pairing information for the headset has been deleted on the Bluetooth device, pair the headset with the device again. For more details, please check the link below:

Hi EJPed, we're sorry to hear that you had returned your SONY unit. It is recommended to choose the size of earbuds and arc supporters that results in the tightest seal. It is advisable to bring the headset and the Bluetooth device within 1 m (3 feet) from each other. When pairing for the first time after purchasing, initializing, or repairing the headset, the headset enters pairing mode automatically if you remove the headset from the charging case. When you pair a second or subsequent device, put the headset units into both ears, then hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both the left and right units at the same time for about 7 seconds to enter pairing mode. We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. Your feedback about the touch sensor is greatly appreciated. For optimum performance, make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).

To operate the touch sensor, hold the headset between your thumb and middle finger, then tap the touch sensor with your forefinger. When tapping the touch sensor 2 or 3 times, tap it quickly with an interval of about 0.4 seconds between taps. For more information, please refer to this link:

Hi Izpapicho,

We regret to hear that you are already looking to return these headphones because of their fit. Make sure that you are wearing the headphones properly. Put the unit with the (left) mark on your left ear and the unit with the (right) mark on your right ear. The left unit has a tactile dot. Be careful not to come in contact with the touch sensor when you put the headset on your ears. Twist the headset to secure the arc supporter to your ear grooves. Hint: The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset.

M-sized arc supporters come attached to the left and right units of the headset at the time of purchase. When the headset is worn following the procedures described above and you feel the arc supporters are too small, replace them with the size L arc supporters. When changing the earbuds, try the earbud sizes in order from the larger sizes to the smaller sizes. The size of the left and right earbuds may be different.

Thank you for purchasing the WF-SP800N headphones. While we're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones, we regret that you are experiencing difficulty on turning on and off the unit. We'd like to help and isolate the issue. Please check the following below if you're unable to turn on the headset.

Make sure the battery is fully charged.
You cannot turn on the headset when the headset is placed and being charged in the charging case. Remove the headset from the charging case to turn it on.
Set the headset into the charging case and close the lid of the charging case.
You may be able to resolve some issues by setting the headset into the charging case.
Reset the headset.

As far as your experience with turning off the headphones, please try some of these solutions.

Set the headset into the charging case.
Put the left unit of the headset (the unit with the tactile dot) back into the left hole of the charging case, and put the right unit of the headset back into the right hole of the charging case. Each unit of the headset will be set to the correct position by the built-in magnet.
When the headset is set into the charging case, the headset will turn off automatically. When the remaining battery charge of the charging case is sufficient, the indicators (red) on the headset light up and the charging of the headset will start.

When the headset is not worn on your ears for about 5 minutes after being removed from the charging case, the headset turns off automatically.

To turn off the power before the headset turns off automatically, place the headset into the charging case. You can also turn off the headset with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.

Hi Gloria, Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your WFSP800N. When the Noise Canceling function is set to on, you may hear white noise, a small electrical noise with a continuous static sound. Please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the sound issues:

Reconnect your headphones to the Bluetooth® device.
Set the Sound quality mode to "Priority on stable connection".
Launch the Sony | Headphones Connect app.
Set the Sound quality mode to "Priority on stable connection".
