The music quality was average. I went back to my PLTs that had the full ear loop and better quality sound

I talked to 10 different people today and they all hung up on me. I tried changing settings and nothing seemed to help. They all complained about a popping noise. Or typewriter sound. Speed of vehicle also didn't matter. When i was stationary people also complained about sounding very distant from phone. If you just want a pair of headphones to wear to the gym these might be ok, but you could find something cheaper for that. Definitely not worth the money.

This is usually not the case for our headphones nor the experience we want you to have. We'd love to help you troubleshoot your problem and turn this into a better experience.
As for call quality issue, if you feel annoyed or uncomfortable with popping noise or crackling noise, you may try to turn off the noise-canceling function and ambient sound mode with the Sony Headphones Connect app.
To try and resolve this, please initialize the headset.
To initialize the headset, press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units of the headset for about 15 seconds. Release your fingers within 5 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset starts flashing. Press the buttons on both the left and right units within 10 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset light up. After a few seconds, the indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized.

We’ve also recently released a firmware update to address some of the issues you might be facing with the headphones. Please make sure that your headphones are running on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.

Adjusting the headband and the earpads properly can help reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones. Resetting the headphones may also help resolved if the unit is not working properly.
