The WF-SP800N truly wireless sports headphones combine long battery life, resistance to water and sweat, and deep bass sound with digital noise canceling. So when the going gets tough, they won't let you down. To maximize the effectiveness of Noise Canceling and to achieve optimal Sound Quality (particularly bass frequencies) it is important to minimize any gap that exists between your ears and the earbuds. Please choose the size of earbuds and arc supporters that results in the tightest seal. (Try the earbud sizes in order from larger to smaller.) A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear. To achieve maximum stability select the size of arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves. ~Earl

Sound quality is not great either. Perhaps these just dont suite my ears.

Posted .Hi Waukeshiah, Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your WF-SP800N. If the size of the earbuds does not match the size of the ear holes, or the earbuds are not properly worn, the noise canceling function and sound quality may be significantly affected.
When you feel the noise canceling function and low frequency sound are insufficient, change the earbuds to ones that feel more sealed.
When changing the earbuds, try the earbud sizes in order from the larger sizes to the smaller sizes.
The size of the left and right earbuds may be different.

The product will cut off is not directly inline with your cell phone, even if your cell phone is in front of you and your facing it. All you need to do is turn your head and they cut off. The piece that goes in your ear will not hold the earbud in and the hook that keeps it in your ear does not hook into your ear. Other than that the sound great.

The set up was quick & easy. they give you free music which I haven’t set up cause I have so many other services. I’m horrible first time I tried the noise canceling was actually at my parents house for a family get together, I’m a little antisocial & don’t like the music they listen to so best place to test & loved it!!! It takes time like with any wireless in ear headphones to get use to the control settings, I nice you get the hang of it & memorize what does what you’ll be fine, I took a screenshot but f the directions as reference, the charge lasts I use them about 4 days about 2-3 hours a day before I charged them they hadn’t died yet but needed them fully charged, charging can only be done by usb on a computer which is a down side, wish there was a travel charger. I always have issues with in ear headphones not fitting good & eventually popping out they do provide 4 different size rubbers for the ear inserts had to mess with them to find what worked best for me, I still don’t feel comfortable completely with them not popping out but that’s with all in ear headphones. But overall pretty satisfied with the quality & sound.

I have connection issues with these probably 90% of the time, no matter where I'm using them (home, work, outside) I would not recommend.

Loading system not reliable

I was very satisfied of the product (sound, stability in the hear...) Unfortunately, charging is no more working. During 2.5 months, it was enough to place the headphone in the case, and time to time connect the case to some energy source. Without explanation. The case stopped to work. And there is no possibility to load the headphone differently. As usual, warranty is complicate to obtain and Sony website does not hep so much.

Check that the supplied USB Type-C cable is properly connected to the USB port of the computer.
Check that the charging case and the computer are directly connected, not via a USB hub.
There may be a problem with the USB port of the connected computer. Try connecting to another USB port on the computer if one is available.
Try the USB connection procedure again in cases other than those stated above.

They have a good range away from the source. Set-up is fairly quick and easy once you scan the QR code in the box which directs your phone to the proper apps in the App store. Not sure how an Android device experience is as I only have an iPhone. Comfortable fit in the ear that could be an all-day wear without having pain in your ear from the pressure of them. There are several ear cup sizes that are provided to match your specific ear size and shape. From extra small to large there is a size for everyone. I found that the medium that comes already installed is a good fit for my ears. These are also lightweight and don't feel heavy when you are wearing them. Overall they are worth the money.
