Posted .Hi kc89, we're sorry to hear that you had returned your SONY unit. When the volume adjustment function is assigned to the touch sensor with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you can adjust the volume on the headset during music playback. Even when the volume adjustment function has been assigned to the touch sensor with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you cannot adjust the volume on the headset during a call. Adjust the volume on the connected device. If you are unable to adjust the volume on the connected device, install the “Sony | Music Center” smartphone app and adjust the volume on the “Sony | Music Center” app. Our customer service is happy to assist you. We hope you would reconsider SONY again. ~Earl

Posted .Hi yyoddball,
We do apologize for the inconvenience. We provide different sizes of hybrid silicone rubber earbuds so you can find the perfect fit for your ears to maximize sound quality and minimize outside noise. The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset. We also recommend you to our excellent animated tutorial in the Sony Headphones Connect App itself. The WF-SP800N animated tutorial in the Sony Headphones Connect App shows very clearly how to obtain a proper fit: - Tap the 3 vertical dots at the top right of the app Tap “WF-SP800N Tutorial

Not what I expected!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I heard good things about sony headphones, earbuds, etc. These earbuds did not stand up to the hype. The fit was weird FOR ME and the volume was not loud enough FOR ME. I even downloaded the app for the earbuds. Still did not help out any. So I quickly returned them.

Posted .Hi Scrappy, we're sorry to hear that you had returned your SONY unit. To achieve optimal Sound Quality (particularly bass frequencies) it is important to minimize any gap that exists between your ears and the earbuds. You could have chosen the size of earbuds and arc supporters that results in the tightest seal. (Trying the earbud sizes in order from larger to smaller.) A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear. To achieve maximum stability select the size of arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves. We hope you could trust SONY again. ~Earl

Great for sitting still. That's about it.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Microphone is horrible for taking calls in the car, any bumps you hit comes through on the call. While running you can hear the pounding of your feet in your ears with these in that make it super distracting. I've had them for two weeks and the right ear bud is already going out. I missed the return date by one day or they would be sitting at Best Buy's customer service right now. Super disappointed.

Very underwhelming.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Noise canceling doesn’t cancel, noise reduction minimal. At random times the sound cuts off from the left earbud, there is about two seconds of silence, then a gong-like noise followed by the sound coming back on. I emailed Sony support, no response. I did note this was a problem with Sony’s higher-end earbuds, with digital noise canceling, and for those earbuds Sony sent out a software fix.

Posted .Hi SB8976,
Thank you for an amazing review and recommendation! We appreciate to know that you are enjoying your new headphones. The WF-SP800N headphones feature Adaptive Sound Control which is a smart function that automatically detects what you're up to—for example, running, walking, waiting or traveling—then adjusts ambient sound settings to suit your environment. You can also customize the settings to your preferences using the Sony | Headphones Connect app—it can even learn favorite locations, such as the gym or park. With an IP55 rating for water and dust resistance, they can be washed, making them perfect for active lifestyles and outdoor use. They also offer up to 18 hours of battery life, stable 5.0 Bluetooth connectivity and EXTRA BASS for a deep, punchy sound. Thanks for choosing Sony! - Kris

Amazing headphones!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a thorough test of the new Sony’s I can say with confidence that they are one of the best true wireless noise canceling headphones available. They are light, sound amazing, fit very well and the noise canceling on them is very good. I wore them under my ear protection and was able to hear everything just fine, my work area is loud, upwards of 114db, the Sony’s didn’t get fazed at all. Batter life is great, listened to them for about 10 hrs straight with the noise canceling on & had about 50% battery left. The app works very well, had no issues with set up or connecting.
