Hi Zaya, we're glad you like our product. To maximize the effectiveness of Noise Canceling and to achieve optimal Sound Quality (particularly bass frequencies) it is important to minimize any gap that exists between your ears and the earbuds. Please choose the size of earbuds and arc supporters that results in the tightest seal. (Try the earbud sizes in order from larger to smaller.) A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear. To achieve maximum stability select the size of arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves.

Biggest problem is the in call audio quality was so poor for those I called that we couldn't even stay on the line for even short calls. They also were rather large and very uncomfortable, I couldn't keep them in my ears for more than 20 minutes without a lot of pain. I had got these to replace a pair of Jaybirds and these weren't near as loud or dynamic sounding also the 360 sound feature is useless as it only works with 4 apps and they're not ones that anyone uses so it's completely useless to me. Overall I am extremely disappointed with these and I just exchanged them for the newest Jaybirds which already sound and feel much better!

Hi Downtown81, we're sorry to hear that you had exchanged your SONY unit with another brand.
Making sure that using a smartphone or mobile phone at least 50 cm (19.69 in.) away from the headset is recommended as noise may hear if the smartphone or mobile phone is too close to the headset.
It is advisable to choose the size of earbuds and arc supporters that results in the tightest seal to achieve comfort and optimal Sound Quality. A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear. To achieve maximum stability select the size of arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves. The optimization for 360 Reality Audio can be found on this link:

These are by far the most annoying headphones I have ever had the displeasure of using. If you have long hair avoid them entirely. The touch sensitivity on the left bud is literally a hair-trigger. Even completely deactivating the functionality of the earbud, it chimes in about once to twice every. single. song. No way to stop it as it slowly drives you to madness. Will be returning this weekend and looking into any other manufacturer.

      Hi robbie5643,
Thank you for sharing your experience with the WFSP800N In-Ear headphones. We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with the touch control sensitivity of the unit. We value feedback and we'd like to help make this a better experience. Please make sure that the software is updated as it helps to improve the overall performance of the headphones. If you have discomforts on the left earbuds while using the touch sensor, you may change the assignment of the functions to the touch sensors of both the left and right units using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. You can also change the settings that do not assign the music playback function, noise canceling function, Ambient Sound Mode and playback volume adjustment function, etc.

If the headphones are not working properly, resetting or initializing the headset may help resolve issues on the headphones. For reference, please open this link: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wfsp800n/v1/en/contents/TP0002755682.html

Hi Mlm7314, Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your WFSP800N. While we're glad to hear you like the comfortable fit of the unit, we regret to know that you're having connectivity and noise cancelation issues.

To ensure you get the best Bluetooth connection and to prevent the headphones from losing connection, please set the headphones Bluetooth Connection Mode to “Priority on stable connection” using the Sony Headphones Connect App.

Also, If the size of the earbuds does not match the size of the ear holes, or the earbuds are not properly worn, the noise canceling function and sound quality may be significantly affected.

When you feel the noise canceling function is insufficient, change the earbuds to ones that feel more sealed.

When changing the earbuds, try the earbud sizes in order from the larger sizes to the smaller sizes.

The size of the left and right earbuds may be different.

      Hi Pugs,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear that the headset is falling out on your ears. If you already change the size of the earbuds that matches the size of your ear holes, twist the headset to secure the arc supporter to your ear grooves to prevent the unit from falling on your ears. The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset. M-sized arc supporters also come attached to the left and right units of the headset at the time of purchase .If you feel the size of the arc supporters does not fit to your ears, change the arc supporters to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears. Sony - WF-SP800N True Wireless Noise-Cancelling In-Ear Headphones did function as expected. It would not perform noise canceling and it would not perform the Aware function either no matter the options i would choose on the Sony app. It did not fit or sit well in the ear canal. It would not create a seal. The sound quality was aweful especially the Bass, which they are known for. Will never purchase a Sony product ever again.

Not what was either advertised or what was expected! Low quality sound and headphones! The sound isn't as good as the old Bose earbuds or Apple Air Pod Pros. Also, they aren't very noise-cancelling, as advertised! I think the people reviewing these items need to go out there and try other manufacturers items out before handing out such generous, undeserved reviews!

      Hi Melissa,

Thank you for purchasing the WFSP800N. We regret that we were not able to meet your expectations with sound quality of the headphones and that unit had to be returned. This is definitely not the shopping experience we want our customer to have. Updating the software via the Sony Headphone | Connect app as it helps improve the overall performance of the headphones, customizing the settings to your preferences using the Sony | Headphones Connect app and isolating the connection from your connected device may help resolve this issue.

We appreciate your feedback and hope that you will shop Sony again in the future

Hi studboy, we're sorry to hear that you had returned your SONY unit. We could have fixed the issue by turning up the volume of the connected device. When the volume adjustment function is assigned to the touch sensor with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you could adjust the volume on the headset during music playback. Even when the volume adjustment function has been assigned to the touch sensor with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you cannot adjust the volume on the headset during a call. You could adjust the volume on the connected device. If you are unable to adjust the volume on the connected device, the “Sony | Music Center” smartphone app can be installed on your phone and you adjust the volume on the “Sony | Music Center” app. SONY has customer support that always happy to assist you. We wish you could consider SONY again. Thank you. ~Earl Sony_US

Very nice bluetooth earbuds, comfortable, with good sound and very easy to pair. The first thing I noticed was the ease of pairing the earbuds with my bluetooth devices. I was able to pair them with my laptop as well as my phone without difficulty. The sound is excellent, I tested the phones with a selection of streaming sources, and music genres. My favorite tends to be big band, but whether i played big band, classical or rock, the sound was excellent. It also handled streaming video without problems. If I had an issue with the earbuds, it was with the charging cable. It was far too short and any attempts to use it for charging the earbuds left the charging port dangling in mid air. I just switched out the too short cable with another USB-C cable and found that it charged just fine. For that reason I didn't downgrade the rating.
