They literally cancel out at least 80% of a normal day in the life of a mother of a teenager. I love the way they kind of twist in your ear because I have very small ear canals and they fit so great. They literally go forever on a charge. I absolutely love that when you put it in your ear it tells you how much battery life that you have and that the case charges the earbuds. When I was married my husband had beats earbuds and when he came to drop my son off he tried these and likes them better. This was a spur of the moment purchase and I am so glad that I bought them. I don't know if I would have bought another pair. They are amazing.

Cons: Paired with laptop bluetooth the sound skipped, would drop out every few seconds in one or both ears, for a few seconds. This was not observed when connected to phone, or to other headphones. Checked for software update with app, earbuds are not supported by app. Returned.

While we are glad you like the sound quality of the headphones, we regret the issue that you having when connected to your laptop and unit was returned. Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
There is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.
The situation may be improved by changing the wireless playback quality settings or fixing the wireless playback mode to SBC on the transmitting device. For details, refer to the operating instructions supplied of the laptop.

Worked great with my phone & computer

I later set it up with my phone as well. There are the first pair of totally wireless earbuds I've gotten and I'm very surprised how well they fit in my ear. I worked out with them in, and they haven't fallen out at all. If I were to say anything negative about them, they are sided (that is the right one is for the right ear, and left for the left ear), so I sometimes try to put the wrong one in my ear, or back into the case. In both cases, they don't fit in well, so it's easy to know you are doing it, but still a pain when you do it.
