Use for music is great but other than that no.

If you want to use it just for music its great. The base is great on music. Using for phone wise in communicating is okay, the person on the other side can hear static on the background and you can tell you are on a headset. For price its reasonable.

Bulky, sound quality is ok, they're worth a purchase if you just want some buds, but if you can shell out a little more cash, I would skip them.

M-sized earbuds come attached to the left and right units of the headset at the time of purchase. If you feel that there is insufficient low frequency sound, change the earbuds to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears. You can also adjust the volume on the headset during music playback. These do not include the Sony Headphones Connect app that lets you customize the Equalizer setting to your preferred sound quality and some of the more advanced features but have a more standard feature set with the addition of EXTRA BASS for deep, punchy sound in a bold distinctive look.
