The fit was never great but I was hoping the sound would make up for it and especially only costing 99 dollars it was worth a shot. I gave it 2 days and just couldn't deal with how quiet they were, I tried everything from the Sony app and nothing could make them loud enough. I ended up exchanging them for another pair of Bose but honestly JLab wireless would of been louder and half the price.

The WF-XB700 comes in various sizes of earpiece, change the earbuds to another size, and wear the headphones correctly. The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset.

Try different designs and shapes to find one that fits comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears.
