They feel very secure in my ear. They haven’t even tried to fall out yet. I don’t go running but I believe they would be fine. Taking calls is fine unless it is windy or there is a lot of background noise. If you want to talk on the phone a lot I’d look elsewhere. Sound quality is great for this price range. There is no massive sound stage or silky highs that tickle your ears. They just sound good and bassy. The bass is strong in conjunction with the sound isolation which is equal to cheap foam earplugs. Bluetooth has been great. Even if you only pull one out they connect to iOS right away. The only dropouts are when I walk outside to the car and leave my Phone inside. Battery life is great. The charging case kept them at full charge for a few weeks with sporadic use. I can’t say I’d buy them again if I lost them. I’d probably just try something else. However, I’d certainly recommend them to even my best of friends.

I tested many True Wireless headphones using my Bose sport corded but wireless headphones to set the bar. This Sony product, by far, was the best under Bose. For the price Best Buy was selling these at Christmas, it was a great purchase. The base is superb and the surround sound is excellent. The buttons take getting use to and remembering what to press to do what is confusing. But nonetheless get these especially if Bose is out of the budget.

One for husband and son. Was able to get on sale both times which was a plus. The sound quality is great. Read reports of suboptimal phone call reception, but neither of them uses the headphones much for calls. Even with the volume up, others in the room can't hear them. Great fit in-ear with running. Initial setup on multiple devices can be tricky but works great with some patience. Overall, great headphones.

I switched out the rubber inserts that come attached to the headphones (from the box) with the larger pieces. Definitely a noticeable difference in sound.
