When connecting the headset to a Bluetooth device, use the headset at least 10 m (30 feet) away from the wireless LAN device. If this headset is used within 10 m (30 feet) of a wireless LAN device, turn off the wireless LAN device. Use this headset and the Bluetooth device as near to each other as possible.
Bring the headset and the Bluetooth device within 1 m (3 feet) from each other. When pairing for the first time after purchasing, initializing, or repairing the headset, the headset enters pairing mode automatically if you remove the headset from the charging case. To pair a second or subsequent device, press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units at the same time for about 7 seconds to enter pairing mode.

XB700 Blue

The earphones and the case have their own look. The XB700 is also mostly featureless, aside from the "extra bass," of course. Simple, just a tad different in look, and seems to go on pretty steep discounts from time to time. What's not to like? There are some particular quirks my unit came with. For instance, the physical function button on the left earphone doesn't have much of a click, at least compared to the right. There are also the general pairing issues and static noise brought on by a myriad of environmental factors and just plain bad luck. It is what it is. Turn up the music and forget about the world for a second. These get the job done.

The sound is amazingly clear on both ends of conversation. It sounds like he's right next to me when we are miles apart. The WF-XB700 are designed to be use with both earbud units inserted into both ears. In order for the right earbud to establish a Bluetooth connection with your phone, the left earbud has to be outside the charging case.

As part of the normal operation, the headphones can only be used as a pair as it doesn't feature mono mode.
To improve the Bass sound, please make sure that the headphones are worn properly. The WF-XB700 features an Ergonomic Tri-hold structure design for a snugly and comfortably fitting. This does also comes with an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. You will need to twist the headset to slide the earbud deep into your ear. For detailed instructions on how to wear these headphones properly, you may check out the Setup Guide for WF-XB700 on our support website. You may also find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps due to different types of audio compression and transmission.

No need for an app to work with was a must for me. Simply connect the Bluetooth and you are set. Battery life is good. Avg of 9 hours a day of constant use. Having an additional 9 hours of batter In the case, is great, though I’ve never run internet any issue with having to use the case to recharge to continue using the buds.
