Posted .Hi Clyde, while we are glad that you like the sound quality, we regret that you're having an issue with the right earbud while in use. The left and right earbud is designed to be used together. Please ensure you're using both earbuds.
Please also try to initialize the headphones. Press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units of the headset for about 15 seconds. Release your fingers within 5 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset starts flashing. Press the buttons on both the left and right units within 10 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset light up. After a few seconds, the indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized.

Thank you for purchasing and sharing your experience using our WF-XB700 Truly Wireless Extra Bass Headphones.
While we're glad you appreciate the sound quality, we regret to hear you're experiencing sound skipping issues with the unit. This is usually not the case for our headphones nor the experience we want you to have. The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. Try the following:
- When connecting the headset to a Bluetooth device, use the headset at least 10 m (30 feet) away from the wireless LAN device. If this headset is used within 10 m (30 feet) of a wireless LAN device, turn off the wireless LAN device. Use this headset and the Bluetooth device as near to each other as possible.
- Keep the headset away from a microwave oven, wireless LAN device, etc.
- Bring the headset and the Bluetooth device within 1 m (3 feet) from each other. If you are enjoying music with your smartphone, the situation may be improved by shutting down unnecessary apps or restarting your smartphone. and right units at the same time for about 7 seconds to enter pairing mode.
- Connect the headset and the Bluetooth device once again.
Set the headset into the charging case and close the lid of the charging case, and then remove the headset from the charging case to connect the headset to the Bluetooth device.
Resetting and initializing may also help with the troubleshooting.

Charging and syncing to phone was easy to do. Only con from me is the controls, would be better if the controls were on the sides instead of underneath. I have an Apple Watch though so I don’t use the earbud controls anyways. Overall better than any other Bluetooth earbud I’ve had.
