Replacement for same earbuds that failed

I previously purchased the same ear buds that failed in less than month. Not happy with the 14 day policy but I was aware of it so no big deal there. The ear buds work fine but they are not as loud as I would like nor do they provide the desired control for the cost.

Disconnect and connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again to isolate the issue further. We'd love to troubleshoot this and make this a better experience for you. If the noise or skipping occur in a crowded place, but doesn't occur when you're at home or other places with less people, your headphones are working normally. Other Bluetooth devices may interrupt communications from your mobile device.
Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the sound issues:
- When connecting the headset to a Bluetooth device, use the headset at least 10 m (30 feet) away from the wireless LAN device. If this headset is used within 10 m (30 feet) of a wireless LAN device, turn off the wireless LAN device. Use this headset and the Bluetooth device as near to each other as possible.
- Keep the headset away from a microwave oven, wireless LAN device, etc. Because sound may cut out if there's wireless interference, turn off other nearby wireless devices.
- If you are enjoying music with your smartphone, the situation may be improved by shutting down unnecessary apps or restarting your smartphone. Multiple open apps on your mobile device fill up the memory and cause the music playing through your headphones to skip or become noisy.
- Test your headphones with a different device. If the headphones work normally when you use them with a different device, the first device may have a malfunction.
