When connecting the headset to a Bluetooth device, use the headset at least 10 m (30 feet) away from the wireless LAN device. If this headset is used within 10 m (30 feet) of a wireless LAN device, turn off the wireless LAN device. Use this headset and the Bluetooth device as near to each other as possible.
- Check that both the headset and the connected device (i.e., smartphone) are turned on.
- Use the Bluetooth device to re-establish the connection. Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
- Check the audio settings of the Bluetooth device to make sure the sound is output from the headset during a call.

Great sound & holds charge

The charging case is great-- they are fully charged everytime I need them. I have only had them a couple weeks but so far no issues with sweating while using them. Would recommend.

Good for music. Really bad for calls.

Though the sound is really nice with good punchy bass, but it is really bad when using for calls. The mic captures lot of surrounding noise and even very minute movements. The person on the other end feels as if I'm in a very crowded place. A little heavy on ears - they may take some time to adjust.

To try and resolve this issue, please initialize the headset.
To initialize the headset, press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units of the headset for about 15 seconds. Release your fingers within 5 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset starts flashing. Press the buttons on both the left and right units within 10 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset light up. After a few seconds, the indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized.

Please try the following:
Ensure that the headphones and connected device is within Bluetooth range of about 10 m (30 feet). The maximum communication distance may vary depending on the presence of obstacles (people, metal objects, walls, etc.) or the electromagnetic environment.
Reset the headphones. The device registration (pairing) information and other settings are retained.
If the headset does not operate correctly even after resetting, initialize the headset to restore factory settings.

Great sound, when they work.

The original, and a warranty replacement direct from Sony. BOTH have had issues with the audio intermittently and sporadically cutting out for a split second up to 2-3 seconds. I am due to receive a 2nd warranty replacement from them. I will update once I receive them and see if issue replicates. Sony Customer Service thus far, has been nothing but helpful and understanding.

Please ensure you wear the earbuds correctly. Simply twist the headset to slide the earbud deep into your ear. The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset.
