The WFXB700 come in various sizes of earbuds. To keep the headphones from falling out, selecting the earbuds that best fit and wearing them correctly for a comfortable listening experience. The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset.

Press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units of the headset for about 15 seconds. Release your fingers within 5 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset starts flashing. Press the buttons on both the left and right units within 10 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset light up. After a few seconds, the indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized.
After initializing, connect and pair with a Bluetooth device, then check to see if the issue was resolved.
And to ensure you get the best Bluetooth connection, please follow the steps below:
Remove any obstacles between the antenna of the connecting Bluetooth device and the antennas built into the left and right units of the headset.The situation may be improved by changing the wireless playback quality settings or fixing the wireless playback mode to SBC on the transmitting device. For details, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the transmitting device.
When connecting the headset to a Bluetooth device, use the headset at least 10 m (30 feet) away from the wireless LAN device.
Use this headset and the Bluetooth device as near to each other as possible.
If you are enjoying music with your smartphone, the situation may be improved by shutting down unnecessary apps or restarting your smartphone.
Connect the headset and the Bluetooth device once again.

To reset the headphones, press and hold the button on the left unit for about 20 seconds. Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing. Then press and hold the button on the right unit for about 20 seconds.

Well I was not impressed with the sound of these buds at all, the connection kept dropping and they did not feel comfortable in my ear. I had to repurchase the bose for my gym time.

Music lovers do not buy

For one, it only syncs to your phone. And it only works with certain apps, like music and or calls. Secondly, I thought it'll work across devices. Meaning only syncs to my phone but I can't use it with my iMac or my laptop. These buds were hanging out my ear. There's no stability or no comfort. The audio wasn't that great also. I love music and when I listen to it the audio has to be on point. as a bass player I need to hear the lows and mid ranges of music. I couldn't achieve that with these buds. I had to settle for beats audio studio buds. They are two times the price of these buds but I think they were worth it, until I find some buds with comfort and the right audio and eq I need to feel satisfied.

Great sound comes with a problem for me

Whether playing music with the nice blend of bass and midtones, or enjoying the clarity when talking on the phone with these Sony earbuds, you’ll enjoy a real quality experience. I’d say they’re as good or perhaps even better than anything I’ve tried before. And these earbuds’ day-long battery life and quick charge feature are definitely a plus. On the downside, these earbuds are larger than I’m used to, and, despite trying out the various-sized endings that come with the set, I had a hard time keeping them in my ears at times. However, in fairness to these buds, I’ve had the same problem with other similar but smaller earbuds. I’ve finally come to the conclusion that it’s time for me to consider an over-the-ear Bluetooth product that goes into and over the ear for better protection against dropped earbuds. I had no trouble keeping these earbuds in when sitting and listening to music or talking on the phone, so if that’s what you do most of the time, you’ll love these earbuds. During those times, I certainly enjoyed the outstanding sound quality that they provided. However, sometimes I experienced dropped buds even when doing simple things like walking around the house, eating or yawning. And yet at other times, I could walk 4-5 miles on the beach without dropping a bud. There didn’t seem to be any clear pattern. So, to sum up, these earbuds offer great sound for both phone calls and music as well as long battery life. The downsides for me are the larger size and the inability to keep them from falling out of my ears at times. Your mileage may vary, so you may want to give them a try as long as you have the option to return them if they don’t work out for you.
