The case feels good without having the soft feel plastic, which eventually becomes sticky.The case is matt finished and probably will not show wear easily. Hinged cover has a spring that keeps it open.Earbuds fit in magnetically, and there are LED lights to tell you charging levels. Earbuds have an unusual multi pancake look which at 1st seems huge. Actually, it has a comfortable fit and stays in the ear. The top portion does stick out from the ear. Pairing was easy and without issue. Earbuds has so far stayed paired to my Samsung S20 Ultra.. Sound quality is crisp and volume is good. I would say the sound quality is better than my Apple air pod pros . The Air pods do fit better overall. The Sony has an excellent battery life. So far I have not been able to use it long enough for the batteries to die. Excellent !

If the Bluetooth connection with headphones suddenly disconnects, it may be worth checking though the troubleshooting steps from the links below to isolate the issue.

When connecting the headset to a Bluetooth device, use the headset at least 10 m (30 feet) away from the wireless LAN device. If this headset is used within 10 m (30 feet) of a wireless LAN device, turn off the wireless LAN device. Use this headset and the Bluetooth device as near to each other as possible.
Resetting and initializing the headset may also help resolve the issue. For instructions on how to reset or initialize the WF-XB700 earbud headphones, refer to the link below.
