We regret to hear you're having pairing issues with the unit. Unfortunately, the headset does not support multipoint connection for pairing to multiple devices simultaneously. If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via Bluetooth connection. In that case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
- Check if the Bluetooth device is in sleep mode. If the device is in sleep mode, cancel the sleep mode.
- Check if the Bluetooth connection has been terminated. If terminated, make the Bluetooth connection again.
- If the pairing information for the headset has been deleted on the Bluetooth device, pair the headset with the device again.

I wore them while digging out a tree stump and doing various other yard work for about 6 hours. I was extremely sweaty yet these never felt at risk of slipping out or had any degradation of performance. My phone was up to 30 feet away and still solidly connected to the earbuds. I did have a problem with restarting paused songs when using Pandora but the skip feature worked fine. Call quality was good on both ends, even better than Bluetooth calls from my car. Overall they had good tone and bass but weren’t as loud as I would have liked. That is true of most earbuds though, so it’s not enough of an issue to recommend against buying them.

You can adjust the volume on the headset during music playback.
You cannot adjust the volume during a call on the headset. Adjust the volume on the connected device.

To ensure you're getting the optimal audio experience, please follow the guidelines and steps below:
Turn up the volume of the connected device.
Try to adjust the equalizer accordingly on your Bluetooth device.
Switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device when the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection.
Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.
To initialize the headset, press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units of the headset for about 15 seconds. Release your fingers within 5 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset starts flashing. Press the buttons on both the left and right units within 10 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset light up. After a few seconds, the indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized.

Super Mid-Range Wireless Earbuds!!!

The WF-XB700 supports Bluetooth 5 technology. After more than a week of usage, I didn’t experience any unexpected connection issues and they work very well up to and maybe a bit more than 40' from the paired device. I got the full advertised 9 hours of playback time on a single charge. Case holds another charge for you. Case is comparably sized to other brands. Overall the buds are comfortable to wear, but do become just a tad more noticeable after 4 or 5 hours. Once I found the right fit in my ears, the buds have stayed secure while exercise walking. They did seem to create a good seal around my ear canals, which definitely helps sound quality. Sound quality IMO is really good I mean that's the main reason to have these. They don't disappoint! Function over form in earbuds is not a bad thing. I prefer a slimmer profile overall, but the small added size is a worthwhile compromise given the capabilities of these buds (+helps produce deep clear bass). For the price, I find these are a pair of true wireless earbuds that are meant to sound more fun and refined, than break the bank! Good product well worth it's current purchase price!!!!
