Posted .Hi Krigwill, we regret to hear that the earbuds don't fit and fall out easily. The WFXB700 comes in various sizes. If the earbuds tend to come off, please change the earbuds to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears and wear the unit correctly.
The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset.

Thanks for taking the time to review the WF-XB700. We appreciate your feedback regarding the insufficient extra bass of the unit. M-sized earbuds come attached to the left and right units of the headset at the time of purchase. If you feel that there is insufficient low frequency sound or extra bass effect is not sufficient, change the earbuds to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears.
You can also adjust the volume on the headset during music playback. These do not include the Sony Headphones Connect app that lets you customize the Equalizer setting to your preferred sound quality and some of the more advanced features but have a more standard feature set with the addition of EXTRA BASS for deep, punchy sound in a bold distinctive look. Turn up the volume of the connected device.
Try to adjust the equalizer accordingly on your Bluetooth device.
Switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device when the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection.

When connecting the headset to a Bluetooth device, use the headset at least 10 m (30 feet) away from the wireless LAN device. If this headset is used within 10 m (30 feet) of a wireless LAN device, turn off the wireless LAN device. Use this headset and the Bluetooth device as near to each other as possible.
- Check that both the headset and the connected device (i.e., smartphone) are turned on.
- Use the Bluetooth device to re-establish the connection. Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
- Check the audio settings of the Bluetooth device to make sure the sound is output from the headset during a call.

Unhappy with online receipt/Account & Sony Product

It is now 6/6/21, and the right ear bud stopped working a little over a month ago. I had been trying to find the receipt for the purchase, that I thought would be on my best buy account, and it was not there. I had to seek the receipt in my erased emails. I finally found it. The problem was that I believed that my purchases and receipts would remain on the Bestbuy account. But as far as the earbuds, they broke within 90 days of purchase. You have to access SONY directly. You are not able to take the product back to Bestbuy because it is past the 15 day return window. I think this is a "BOGUS" move on BestBuy's part.

Sounds Great But No Wireless Charging

These earbuds produce great sound with the addition of extra bass. If you’re a movie buff, you’ll know what bass adds to a movie. This same bass also works with audio headsets. Installation is very simple, just open your device (cellphone, TV, etc.) and search for these headphones. Place the earbuds in your ear, adjust the volume from your device and enjoy! If you want to add extra device, this is also capable with the WF-EB700. There are some minor negatives, however. I wish that these earbuds were slightly smaller. Yes, they fit in the ear very comfortably, but the end sticks out somewhat especially when compared to the competition. The other negative is that at this price point wireless charging should have come standard. The Sony WF-XB700 produces wonderful sound, but check out what’s missing when comparing other earbuds at this price.
