Please try selecting the size that best fits and wear the headphones correctly. Twist the headset to slide the earbud deep into your ear.

Let's try troubleshooting the issue by following these steps:
Make sure that the headset is set into the charging case securely.
Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
Check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the charging case and the USB AC adaptor or computer.
Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet.
Check that the computer is turned on.
Wake the computer up if the computer is in standby (sleep) or hibernation mode.
When using Windows 8.1, update using Windows Update.
Set the headset into the charging case and close the lid of the charging case.
You may be able to resolve some issues by setting the headset into the charging case.
Reset the headset.

To me these sound great, and really you can barely tell the difference in sound from Sony's flagship buds. These buds are also water resistant, have a better, more comfortable case, and better battery life. They also really stay in your ears way better than the WF-1000XM3 which fell out SO easily. The call quality is not great...but BETTER than the WF-1000XM3 which had a ton of connection and sound problems. If you can live without the Noise Canceling, get these instead!

To maximize the effectiveness of Noise Canceling it is important to minimize any gap that exists between your ears and the earbuds. It is recommended to choose the size of earbuds that results in the tightest seal. (Trying the earbud sizes in order from larger to smaller.) A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear.

We regret to hear that you are having issues with the WF-XB700 Headphones. We'd love to troubleshoot this and make this a better experience for you. If the noise or skipping occur in a crowded place, but doesn't occur when you're at home or other places with less people, your headphones are working normally. Other Bluetooth devices may interrupt communications from your mobile device.
Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the sound issues:
- When connecting the headset to a Bluetooth device, use the headset at least 10 m (30 feet) away from the wireless LAN device. If this headset is used within 10 m (30 feet) of a wireless LAN device, turn off the wireless LAN device. Use this headset and the Bluetooth device as near to each other as possible.
- Keep the headset away from a microwave oven, wireless LAN device, etc. Because sound may cut out if there's wireless interference, turn off other nearby wireless devices.
- If you are enjoying music with your smartphone, the situation may be improved by shutting down unnecessary apps or restarting your smartphone. Multiple open apps on your mobile device fill up the memory and cause the music playing through your headphones to skip or become noisy.
- Test your headphones with a different device. If the headphones work normally when you use them with a different device, the first device may have a malfunction.

We would like to know more about the issue that you are having with the Headphones. Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. Are you using the headphones in a crowded place? Sound is great but...

You get a decent pair of true wireless headphones that will last you throughout the day and then some. But not exactly the move comfortable ear buds I had. Sound: The sound quality performs better than most earbuds and true to its labeling, the "extra bass" can definitely be heard. So music lovers will find this feature delightful. Calls were okay, there were some distortion but I wasn't exactly expecting much for this price range. Quality: The case and earbuds are made of this hard matte black plastic which isn't too bad, I like that it doesn't collect any finger prints compared to others. The covering is also slightly translucent which allows you to see the battery indication on both the earbuds and case, no need for guess work there. The magnets are pretty strong and lock in the earbuds in place even with the cover open and me shaking it vigorously. Will it survive a drop test? I'm not sure - definitely not going to try that out. But I do have faith that it will stay in its little nook. Battery Life: Could be better but could also be worse. You get about 9 hours of playing time from the earbuds and the carrying case packs in another 9 hours. Most people can get 1-2 days worth of battery life on regular usage which is okay for most people. But the heavier users may have to charge the earbuds everyday. Well, at least it's USB C! Comfort: This is where I had to knock a star off. Maybe my ears to too small? It took a little tinkering to figure out how to wear these earbuds properly - otherwise it just won't stay in. It was more of a twist in place, I definitely felt that it was locked in and secured in my ear but they still felt a bit big and heavy for me. Even changing the earbud pieces to xS didn't do it for me. After about 1-2 hours I noticed that my ear was a bit sore and raw which definitely made me missing my other earbuds. Control: Again, I wasn't exactly expecting much given the price range, but learning to navigate on these headphones was a bit of a headache. There are certain hold lengths to get to a control or even presses. I instead opted to just whip out my phone to change those settings myself. Also - you have to use the left earbud when you're using the right. The left earbud can act as a solo earpiece but the right cannot. Overall the earbuds are decent and because of the negatives listed especially comfort, I would say that these are more of a 3.5 than a 4. I'm excited to see the changes made to these headphones and definitely see the potential for improvement.

As an avid runner not having the ear hook made me nervous about these guys falling out. Turns out they sit in the ear very comfortably, in fact these are the most comfortable BT earbuds I’ve ever used. I usually run 3 miles 4x a week and I’ve yet to have an earbud fall out due to sweat and when they say extra bass man do they mean it! It really helps to drone out the hollow noise in your head that some earbuds can create. An added bonus is that these guys have magnetic locks in their charging case which easily locks it into the charging tines, no need to hope they charge.

No app for complicated setting adjustments and has physical buttons which is how I like it. Super comfortable and do not fall off, unlike the Jabra Elite's. Do not look too big in the ears as one might think. You won't look silly wearing them.
