The settings needed some tweaking to improve the vocals a little, but after doing that, I couldn't be happier! The noise cancelling is awesome! If you are in high winds, turn on the 'reduce wind noise' setting in the app and be prepared to be blown away after being in the wind for about 3-5 secs... Literally amazing and worth EVERY PENNY!!! It takes out 99% of the wind noise while outdoors in 50+ mph winds!

In-Ear headphone is good but the fit is bad

For optimum fit and comfort, make sure that you are wearing the headphones properly. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. Airpods have a far superior mic. In ear audio quality is fantastic. If you spend a lot of time on the phone or Zoom calls this is not the earbuds for you. I returned them because of this.

I wanted the ambient option & found that I really like the Speak-to-chat mute/pause function! I especially like that I can tap to resume or it will auto resume after 15sec of no-talk/silence. After a few months, the Left bud suddenly wouldn't hold charge. I alerted Sony & they replaced the set. Replacement has been going strong without fail.

I bought the buds to use at work and for the gym. I did not expect these buds to have good noise canceling. These are so good and easy to carry in the nice small carrying case i dont pull out my over ear headphones anymore. It passes the NYC commuter unwanted noise test! Just wish they came in all black so my supervisor cant see im tunning everybody out.

Good headphones but low volume

Until that they worked great but the only issue was the volume. I could not get a good amount of volume compared with the Bose quiet comfort. Since I only had them for a couple of days and I was planning to returned them and try a different pair (maybe these had a defect?) but my dog Coffee took care of them before I could exchange them I really don’t know. Hence I am giving them 3 stars only. I am sure they had an issue and they would have worked great. My suggestion they seem to be attractive to French Bulldogs so if you have one of these dogs then buy a different model.

No volume control. Buttons sensitive. Too large. Decent sound but my old Jabra 75t’s are better and offer more controls/customization/noise cancellation. Go with something else. I like the airpod pro’s to watch with Apple TV solely due to spatial effects, however I’ll be sticking with my Jabra’s for everyday listening and waiting for the B&O EQs to come back in stock and will try those out along with Bower and Wilkins Pi5/7’s.
