The upper echelon sound quality in a completely wireless pair of ear buds blew me away. Sony has always been the top dog when it comes to noise cancelling and these certainly show why. The only minor con could be the battery life, but even that is on par with competitors. In my opinion, these are worth every penny.

I am on the phone all day and I enjoy them to help me focus on work without all the other chit chat on the floor. I love the option for ambient sound and noise cancelling. It was easy to connect them to my phone and start listening to my music. I don't see myself every using anything else

We provide an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great and comfortable fit for all ear sizes. The sound conduits (sound output tubes), air holes, and microphone holes (in 2 locations) of the headset are not completely watertight. If any water droplets are left in the sound conduits, air holes, or microphone holes (in 2 locations), a beeping sound (feedback) may be heard temporarily. This is not a malfunction.
When you use the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you can change the sensitivity of the automatic audio detection and change the time until the Speak-to-Chat mode ends, in addition to switch the mode between enabled and disabled. In the factory settings, the time until the mode ends is set to about 15 seconds. Hope this helps! -Sam

HURTS MY EARS!

But, these hurt my ears and are not very comfortable. They have a bulky body that twists to lock in your ear, and it hurts unless you have bigger ears. Also because of that twist to lock action, i find it hurting my inner ear canal from all the adjusting. I love Sony but they got to figure out a way to fix this. These are very uncomfortable and i cant wear them more than 30 mins at a time.

1. The design may not fit your head and/or ears. They may be too big, too small, or too tight.
2. You may be experiencing a symptom called listener fatigue. That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue.
3. How long have you been wearing the headphones? The longer you wear headphones, the more your ears may hurt.

I am in no way a audio or sound expert but these were astounding the first time I fired them up. The ear tips and noise cancelling work better than advertised. One tap pauses music or audio book to take a call and the mic sounds better than my Jawbone bluetooth. Worth the price.

I also have the new Beats in ear. On the app which can be a bit clunky and not always respond you can change the frequency curve which is great. Cannot do that with the others. The only downside is they are a bit on the large side and sometimes start to come loose when I am working out.

Our WF100XM4 are supplied with different sizes of earbud tips so that you can achieve the maximum effects of the earbuds. In designing these headphones, we also consider the ear canals sizes as it varies from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out and for comfortable listening experience, we recommend selecting the right size earbud tips and wear the earbuds properly. Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.
