I had to purchase third party tips due to the three sizes provided not sealing in my ear. I had to buy extra large tips to get a good seal, but they sound great now.

To start, please ensure the software is updated. You can launch the Headphones Connect app to check for the software version. If the firmware is version 1.4.2, you do not need to perform the update.

• If you feel earbud tips are difficult to put into your ears, change the size of earbud tips or squeeze earbud tips lightly before wearing the headset.
• Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.
• The “Sony | Headphones Connect” app will help you to determine which earbud tips are most suitable for you to achieve the optimal noise cancelation effect.

The ANC on these are great and blocks a really good a amount of noise. Size of the actual earbuds don't bother me since I have bigger ears, but for someone who has smaller ears it may look big on you. The only downfall is that the case is bulky and can be kind of annoying in the pocket.

Great for Zoom calls

So far the connection has been fairly consistent and the tap controls are easy to use. The fast charging is excellent--I use them for several hours a day and they return to full charge within an hour. The case only has to be charged every few days to keep them ready for use.

Love but hurt my small ears

Great ANC Buds

The sound is awesome and the ANC is out of this world. I have the Bose quietcomfort earbuds, although i love there ANC they are to big and bulky. Plus the charging case doesn't help there cause. The Sonys fit my ears good, ambient mode is good and I love the many eq settings. The two things I would change is multi point connection and a little more control over the touch pad controls.
