It took a bit of adjusting to how they fit in my ears but they are super comfortable and the sound quality is absolutely amazing. The noise-cancelling is also so nice and works super well (maybe even a little too well sometimes). I highly recommend these!

They are a little bulky, but i honestly dont mind. The sound quality is amazing. The setup was quick. Touch controls are great, and my wife couldn't tell the difference between our conversations over the phone or the earbuds. Being able to use google assistant is a nice feature also. Noise canceling is so good on these. I would highly recommend.

I did have an issue on my first set where the touch buttons started to activate on their own. Sony replaced them quickly under warranty and i have 500 hours logged on the new set with zero complaints. I honestly bought these because i love my 1000XM4 so much. I didnt think id like the in-ear but wanted to try them. I fell in love and havent looked back.

The fit and finish are tops. The sound quality when on a phone call is eerily good. The audio quality for music is great with excellent response from bass and mids. Highs are acceptable. They support all the features of the Google Assistant so it works perfectly with my Pixel 6 Pro: just as good as my Pixel Buds! They connect fast, too. There is something satisfying about hearing it talk to you when you take them out of the case: "Connected" "Battery level ---", etc. Other headsets just 'bleep' and 'bloop' at you and hope you know what it means. Some may not like the dedicated controls for each side. I like having different controls on different buds. Luckily, you can reassign controls via the app. The Headphones app alone is amazing. Very comprehensive and useful. The tips for your ears are an actual foam material (think: foam ear plugs. Sort of squishy) instead of rubber or silicon. While comfortable I wonder about their durability. We'll see. You need these if you are adding or replacing a pair of headsets.

Amazing fit and sound quality

I'm an Apple fanboy and it almost hurts to report that these are so much better than AirPods. Sound quality is impressive, but the main thing for me is that these actually fit. They fit well enough to block out sound so the noise cancellation is superb. I honestly think the design makes them a better fit for people who can't get a great fit with Apple AirPods.

Husband wears these all day for work calls & music

He makes phone calls, listens to music & videos and wears them all day long. Only downfall is now I sometimes interrupt him as I can't see that he has them in. Only downfall for him is his ears will get cold this winter. LOL

My isssues with these earbuds are the connection quality. Depending on what device (android, apple) they are connected to, they sometimes do not connect and recieve sound informaton. Sometimes the left ear or right ear will not work or even both. While my phone is on my hip or in my pocket, for instance, the sound will quit intermittently. This is very annoying.

The noise cancellation feature is superb, individual headphones fits perfectly in each ear, has an app with features such as tracking listening history, distinguishing between activities and other features I wont use however sound quality is superb. I rate this average due to I am having the most difficult time connecting to my Sony television via bluetooth and that is a feature I enjoy using

The sound is generally fantastic, the additional features work well, and it's all packed in at a reasonable price. These aren't the most comfortable IEMs I've had though. After only a couple of hours, they become fairly painful to have in your ears. I had an additional issue with one of the two units having a hollow pinging sound on certain tones. It seems that not everyone has this issue, but it is an issues that occurs with certain sets people have.

Great portables when over the ear not practical

Having ear buds that use the same control application is good. Of course, the noise cancelling isn't as good as the over the ear headphones but is pretty effective. They seem to cancel noise better than the latest Samsung buds which were what I had been using when away from home.
