From the first day, they won’t sync. One or the other will play. I use the app which does no good. It just says one or the other is not connected. They are comfortable if you only want to hear in one ear. The noise canceling works. In the left ear if that is the one that works on that day. DO NOT BUY THESE!

If the left and right buds don't sync or if the sound is only heard from one side of the headphones, please try following the steps below.

We also recommend to check and ensure the software is updated. You can check the software version by launching the Headphones Connect app.

Resetting or Initializing the unit is also a recommendation.
Perform the reset on one earbud at a time. The device registration (pairing) information and other settings are retained during a reset.
Place an earbud into the charging case and then close the lid.
Use the supplied USB Type-C™ cable and a commercially available USB AC adapter to connect the charging case to a power outlet.
Open and close the lid of the charging case more than 5 times within 20 seconds until the red indicator light starts to flash.
Wait for the green indicator light flashes four times. Initialization is complete.
Remove the earbud from the charging case. Place the other earbud into the charging case, and then start the operation again from Step 1.

• If you feel earbud tips are difficult to put into your ears, change the size of earbud tips or squeeze earbud tips lightly before wearing the headset.
• Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.
• The “Sony | Headphones Connect” app will help you to determine which earbud tips are most suitable for you to achieve the optimal noise cancelation effect.

I am an avid Apple fan, and I came from the AirPods Pro which I had been using for a couple of months. THESE ARE ON A WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL. Sound is crisp and clear, and the noise cancellation *chef's kiss*, CAN'T BEAT IT. Absolutely worth every penny I spent on them.

The sound quality and battery life are great, but I hear absolutely no difference with noise canceling on or off. I've been wearing them in different indoor and outdoor environments for the last two days and no difference at all. The only ""change" in the sound I can hear is when turning on ambient mode.

Poor battery life dies just after warranty!

Till now 1 year and 4 months later, out of the blue the battery life is just shot. I used the left bud way more than the right bud, but both batteries began to decline at the same time. Went from min 4-5 hours to 1 hour, then daily time is shorter and shorter. At 100% life i might get 20 min. Do not buy untill they fix this issue.
