If you experience discomfort, check if the headset is properly worn on your ears. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. The “Sony | Headphones Connect” app will help you to determine which earbud tips are most suitable for you to achieve the optimal noise cancellation effect.
Please make sure that the headphones software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Connecting the headphones to the Sony | Headphones Connect app provides additional functionality and customization options such as adjusting the noise canceling function and Ambient Sound Mode (ambient sound control). But these actually stay in my ear even when talking smiling or chewing! It’s a complete shocker and on top of that the sound literally is 0 times better than my AirPods Pro and my beats studio and the mic for phone calls are the best also so far. These are now my favorite earbuds!

And I've had several JayBirds, Samsung, Apple Airpods, plus a few others. The noise-canceling was up to par when I flew with them, not quite as good as over-the-ear headphones but good enough to leave those at home if you would rather save the space.

Good Sound, Pitiful Battery Life for High End Buds

When they 'are' working, the sound is pretty good. They last about ten minutes after a full charge, down from thirty minutes a month ago. Come on, Sony! You need to do better.

These are by far the best earbuds I have ever owned. Slight glitch in the speak to talk feature but otherwise perfect. I am a contractor and put them all to extreme tests! Pass!! Pass! Pass! On all account! A must have even at the price point!

Major Connectivity Issues

Multiple times today when putting my earphones in they would bug out. The voice would say “battery fullllllllllxncndjejdjcncnsbwjdkalqkqowproticndbwjwkkdfncjdkskns”. The voice glitches out and it happens often. The fit isn’t the greatest either. They’re smaller than the XM3 but they are still really big. Not very comfortable for more than 10 minutes or so. These will be returned immediately.

If the voice guidance continuously having issues, you may initialize the earbuds.

You can disable the notification and voice guidance, and change the language of the voice guidance using the SONY Headphone Connect app.

Noise canceling no longer works...

However, out of nowhere, the noise canceling feature has seemingly disappeared and now they are just headphones with poor sound quality because they let ALL the outside noises in. Really not sure what happened, but I can't even use these headphones anymore. My beats fit pro have become my default. Very sad.

First you need android, then you need to enable developer mode, then you can enable the LDAC best quality setting. But all that effort is worth it. For the price, i dont think you can find better ANC and sound quality for true wireless earbuds
