Much manipulation needed to ensure that and even then, I have had to retrieve a bud on at least a half dozen occasions or more. I hope the next iteration has at least an option to get a maximum seal while enhancing stability with a “wing” of some design. I am holding onto these as the controls and sound are stellar, and holding out hope!

In designing these headphones, we also consider the ear canals sizes as it varies from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out and for comfortable listening experience, we recommend selecting the right size earbud tips and wearing the earbuds properly.

I love these headphones (noise canceling is great, ambient sound is really cool, and the sound in general is just amazing). However, for people with little to medium sized ears, these hurt sometimes.. I feel for the price and brand (these seem to be a top pick for 2021) these should feel way more comfortable in my ears.. I thought about trading them in for AirPods but decided to stick with these

Yes, they have features and stuff, but the sound quality even on LDAC is just embarrassing. It's worse than on the AirPods. No EQ helped me at all. Would not recommend to audiophiles (buy the Sennhieser MOMEMNTUM TWS 2), but would maaaaybe recommend to people who want the best and don't care about sound quality.

The sound is great but i have problems keeping them in my ears,they fall out a lot..I've tried all 3 size tips and still have want stay secured in my ears. Wish i had brought the bose earbuds instead. These were supposed to for everyday use..but i only wear them on occasion.

Ear canals vary in size from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. After selecting the right size earbud tips, we also recommend wearing the earbuds properly to keep the headphones from falling out.
Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

Not worth the $300

I feel like a lot of the good reviews for these came from those who did not compare these to similar class wireless earbuds. For $300, these are not worth it. The Sennheiser Momentum 2 is better by far in terms of sound quality. These XM4 do have better ANC and a smaller case with wireless charging, where the Sennheiser case do not have wireless charging.

Extremely frustrating to being listening to music/on a zoom call, and the audio cuts so I need to take them out of my ears, put them in the case for 2 seconds, and return to ears. Happens within 15 minutes almost every time.
