If you feel earbud tips are difficult to put into your ears, change the size of earbud tips or squeeze earbud tips lightly before wearing the headset. Please note that if the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not properly worn on your ears, tap operations or the speech detection of Speak-to-Chat may not be successful, or you may not obtain proper sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performances.

Not wanting to replace it I bought these also looking for a better noise cancelling option. THESE ARE IT!! They cancel just a bit more than the airpods pro. I def love using this to travel. I do say supposed because after 3 hours of listening, I was less than half battery life. This is well under the stated life. Also call quality was low. The person I called had trouble hearing me while driving. Add those up against the pros and with that almost $300 cost with tax.. It's just not worth it for me. I returned them.

The only bad thing that ive noticed is that theres a random cut in the anc.

• If you feel earbud tips are difficult to put into your ears, change the size of earbud tips or squeeze earbud tips lightly before wearing the headset.
• Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.
• The “Sony | Headphones Connect” app will help you to determine which earbud tips are most suitable for you to achieve the optimal noise cancelation effect.

As for the noise canceling, the Noise Canceling function of these headphones are most effective for low frequency (bass) noise, such noise made by vehicles or air conditioning, but not all sounds can be completely canceled. The WF-1000X4 has a superior call quality than our previous model. Precise Voice Pickup Technology uses beamforming microphones and a bone-conduction sensor to allow the WF-1000XM4 headphones to pick up your voice clearly and accurately for hands-free calls—at home, in a cafe, or wherever you are. If you're having an issue while on call, please ensure you have the latest software installed. The software version can be updated using the Headphones Connect App.
Restarting or Initializing the headphones are also a recommendation.

So there is fiddling to get the best of the noise cancelization and it is real world with N/C is about 4 hours but the sound is excellent.

I tried the Sennheiser momentum 2 but they did not fit right although they had excellent Sound quality. Not fitting into my ears

I was thinking to buy a flawless earbud then I google gave me options to buy Sony. I weird during my hard work day because my job was boring so preferred something completely comfortable all day long long but it’s not . It ache all around my ears not really fit into it. My suggestion if you’ve has bigger ear tube then you can try Sony.

That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue.
