I use a pixel phone (Android) with YouTube music. Battery lasts pretty long and case only needs to be recharged once every 2 days with regular use

Do not fall out like the previous model or iPod pros did. The sound quality is amazing. Very easy to switch back and forth from ambient sound and noise canceling. The case is much smaller than previous model. Wireless charging works great.

They had great sound, great battery life, great ANC - the whole package. Unfortunately, after about 10 months, I started getting awful battery degradation. As in, I went from easily getting 7ish hours of playback per charge when I first got them to getting a low battery warning (I think that comes on at 30% or less. May even be 20%) after barely an hour of listening. This is my second pair of Sony true wireless earbuds. I got rid of my 1000XM3s (previous generation) because of random connection drops. Plainly put, Sony has some serious QA issues that need to be addressed. They can have the best sound and ANC all day long, but when basics like connectivity and battery life can’t last 2 years, there’s a problem. If you get these, definitely pony up for the extended warranty. I sure am glad I did.

The software updates improve the general performance of the unit and resolve any possible software-related issues. If still the same, you can reset and initialize them to factory settings to fully isolate the issue:

Best noise cancellation I've experienced so far

Just too bulky for small ears

They're just to big/bulky for smaller ears despite changing out the silicon plugs. Its not problematic to create the correct ear canal fit. However, the unit as a whole overwhelms the entire ear and just hurts. Yes, I wore them for a few weeks to see if I could adjust to them. Nope. Not worth 'rearranging' cartilage.

Really Good Ear Buds With High Quality Sound
