The one problem I have is the ear bud tips. They were falling a part the first time I wore them. I spent 280 dollars on these earbuds and they should have had good ear bud tips. I had to spend another 20 dollars for quality ear bud tips which is uncalled for

BEWARE - severe battery depletion

A month ago I would have given these earbuds five stars. But in the last month, I've seen the battery life on these earbuds go from almost 7 hours to just a little over two. They no longer reliably charge to 100%. And the promised multi-point connectivity has yet to materialize. When I reported this to Sony support they were less than helpful. This is a well documented issue. Sony even released firmware that SUPPOSED TO address this issue (questionable from what I've read) but it has not yet been released in the US. Earbuds that cost almost $300 should not begin to fail just when the warranty expires. Excellent sound and noise cancellation count for absolutely nothing when earbuds that are this expensive begin a rapid decline to failure after just over a year.

Great sound terrible product support

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.“WARNING DO NOT BUY” Sony buds will not hold a charge after firmware update, and the same with the linkbuds S / After research it was found that the update was for a different charge voltage than the voltage in the battery in the buds. No help from Sony because out of warranty. Probably why Best Buy had them for a discounted price so Sony could dump their defective product. I will never purchase another Sony product again and shame on Best Buy for letting this happen

You can’t beat this when comes to noise canceling. But as far as comfort and wearability, personal opinion AirPod Pro is the way to go.

Good Product - Poor Support

However the charging capsule failed and the product is poorly supported by Sony. This, couples with poor web site and password management, causes me to recommend that buyers look elsewhere.

Do not fit no matter what I do

Unfortunately out of the box they did not fit in my ears at all. I tried all 3 sets in many different combinations and it seems as if I have mutant ears. I have AirPods and they fit decent (they fall out when running at time) and was excited to get these. The right one fit decent, but no matter what I did I could not get the left one to stay. The sound in the right one was good once it worked. They are big and bulky, and I have had many pairs of headphones with limited issues. Obviously these have tons of good reviews so maybe I am a one off. Anyway, I am disappointed but will have to find some with wings or over ear.

Now, in Sept 2023, after receiving a full charge, the headphones die within 25 minutes.
