    Decent sound, etc. but they had all sorts of problems right as the 1 year warranty ended, with minimal use and despite being carefully taken care of. Left bud stopped connecting solo, the case

    Great on so many levels, but they don't easily connect to phone every time (Android) and don't connect to 2 devices at once. For the price they should (IMO) and would be best on market if they did. That tech has been around for years so not sure why so many in this category don't include it. Everything else about them is great.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated. The WF-1000XM4 does currently not support Multi-point Connection. It can be PAIRED with multiple devices at the same time, but unlike the WH-1000XM4 model, it cannot be CONNECTED with multiple devices at the same time. When the headset is paired with two or more devices, you'll need to switch the Bluetooth connection to the desired device.

    The sound quality and ANC are great but these were a little too uncomfortable for my ear. The memory foam on the earbuds ended up making sort of a vacuum in my ear which made me hear a weird noise every step I take. Ended up returning them.

    Its Sony, you know the drill. For an easy to use great NC and Ambient mode earbud you really cant do much better unless you prefer earpods.

    Amazing headsets, I do landscaping with lots of noises and Lots of movement and they never fall off my ears. The noise canceling on this headsets is fantastic. I Highly recommend this.

    Great sound cancelling and audio quality. They fit better than the previous version. I like the “speak to chat” feature that mutes the music to slow you to speak with somebody.

    After reading numerous reviews about how great these earbuds are, especially the noise cancellation, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a pair. While they fit well and have good sound quality, I noticed the noise cancellation (that is supposed to be better than Bose) did not work - at all. No problem, everybody has a bad unit once and a while. I returned them to Best Buy and told the associate I was doing a return because the noise cancellation did not work. To my surprise, his response was he's been seeing a lot of returns of this earbud for that very reason. I figured what the heck, I'll give the Sony's another try. I get home with my new pair - no noise cancellation. There is ZERO difference between Ambient Sound and Noise Cancellation. 0-2 is not good. I'll be returning these as soon as my Bose arrive.

    After 3 downloads I can finally use the left bud to answer the phone or deny a call. Sound quality is nice once you figure out the position of the buds in your ears.

    Still getting use to the fit. It's compact enough , sound is great, being able to change your equalizer is a great feature. Noise canceling is pretty good as well. Great product so far.
