They hurt your ear after a couple of minutes the software is horrible. The naming scheme of these headphones are horrible Sony you really really need to do better. But the noise cancellation was very good but I couldn’t continue using it because the headphones hurt my ears so bad and they just would not stay in my ear horrible design just get AirPods Pro 2 and you’ll be fine.

Only 2 hours of use and signs of wear became apparent. Sony offers foam tip replacements, however why invest in something that requires constant repair. Bose is better with the use of silicone. Not worth the investment.
